The Salesman: Lenny Vargo He meant me at the door and instantly he said, "I have the truck for you" and little did I know, HE DID!!! I only had a brief conversation with him over the phone and he had "sized" me up to what I wanted despite the fact that I was not going to buy that day. He was personable, pleasant and NOT PUSHY. The Financer: Dan Fay He was very informative, thourogh and patient considering the mountain-loads of documents required to seal the deal. The Manager; Rob Stewart I did not think I would be able to get the loan and I have good credit but I am just alittle over extended. He was very reassuring in a caring type of way. I have bought 5 Ford trucks (counting this purchase) within the past 30 years and this was the best experience that I have ever had (and I had not planned on buying at this time). It would have been perfect if not for the dealerships BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER!!!! The environment was uncomfortably hot and humid but thanks to your team, it was tolarable. Things worth noting; I was not prepared to buy at this time, I entered some information on the internet at 2am. I received a million calls from 8am to 10am from various dealerships, the first coming from Paula asking about my interest. I was angry about the calls BUT I must say she was the first (she was pleasant) and ultimately the only one that mattered! The early bird catches the worm. Lenny immediately upon meeting him made me feel comfortable despite the heat, he had a nice "folksy" laid back approach.

Lenny in sales was nice and good at call backs. Tried to do google review and wont let me. Lots of negotiation went on, some not happy with but welcome to car business, it still all worked out. Jim in finance was down to earth and honest. And Rob the manager, was nice and warm welcoming coming into dealership.

I went to kenny ross ford very nervous buying a new car but when I got there I was greeted by Lenny vargo he help me find the car that fit my budget and work for me very helpful and not pushy and dan fay in finance explained everything I signed and was very nice I would definitely send my friends and family there to buy their next car

This place is a joke! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I purchased a 2019 f150 from them 4-1-22 when talking to the sales rep I told him I only had one requirement it was able to pull my Trailer 7800 lbs. he said ya this truck has the 3.5 in it it will do it with ease .. and he was correct the 3.5 will do it my 2020 expedition pulls it no problem. How ever 1 month later I got my trailer out of the shop and almost blew the engine trying to pull it home. I ran the vin and to my surprise the truck has a 3.3 in it and it is underrated for my trailer. I went into the dealer and talked to Justin it was 1 hr. before close he advised me no one was there and they would call me on Friday or sat when they could discuss the next step. the weekend came and went did not hear from them so I showed up today at 9 am and a guy advised me they were in a sales meeting and he would send Justin over when they were out. I waited 2 hrs. in the waiting area he never came then when I asked again he acted surprised I was there … he gave me to a sales member who helped me find a new truck in the same price range and with the engine I needed for my trailer. so they quoted me 32k for a trade in I just paid 45 for I told him that would not work so he came back and offered me 36k I told them to give me my keys back I'm not playing the car dealership games. Justin had the nerve to say we can not take a bath on this .. Its not my fault your guys don't know what cars they are selling I had only 1 requirement when I purchased the truck. why would i trade in a truck that could pull it for one that cant and your incompetency I now have a 45K paper weight. when I asked about the 9k trade in I had the sales guy pretty much said I lost that and continued to try to sell me a different truck . so the way I see it they would profit from there mistake I will never do business here again. if I'm going to lose on the deal I would rather buy from a different place DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I just bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from Aunt Penny's Tough Trucks. I stopped in at Kenny Ross Ford and I talked to Brigit Snyder who helped me find the perfect truck! The truck was at Aunt Penny's and we took a stop in and met Steve Gregio who was amazing throughout the entire purchasing experience. He helped me out more then I could ever imagine and hooked me up with all kinds of great deals! Thank you to Brigit and Steve for all the amazing help!

I called to check on the availability of a vehicle and Salesman CJ Musnug answered the phone. He became my salesperson. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me at the door and showed me the vehicle, Very Awesome Young Man. We made the deal and buying a vehicle has never went so smooth an effortlessly. No hassle, very pleasurably. Sales Manger Dan Fay was wonderful as well. They really made sure I was very happy and my experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Kenny Ross Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, You guys are the best!

I purchased a new 2021 Ford F150 on May 11, 2021 from Kenny Ross Ford. I was sold a defective vehicle ( hole in radiator) and they said maybe it happened on my way home. I have pictures of engine compartment and ground where it was parked after only 12 miles , no fluid on the ground or in the engine compartment . I returned it to the dealer on May 13, 2021, When they put fluid in the radiator it leaked all over the ground and frame. They kept the truck for 8 days because they had to order a new radiator. I was also promised a tonneau cover as part of the agreement but they said the salesman never initiated a order for it, and am I sure it was included with the sale of the vehicle, finally they agreed but then it was installed incorrectly (pictures). They sold me an extended service plan ( $2500.00 ) that was presented to me as a Ford motor company service plan ( contract # UVP063928 ) but was actually a 3rd party company and when I asked to have it cancelled I was told by the finance officer that he could "NOT cancel the plan, that I had to do it myself by submitting forms, a cancellation letter, copies of each plan and a certified odometer mileage form directly to 3rd party company US Warranty. According to a Ford credit representative and US Warranty Corp this cost me approximately $225.00 because if cancelled by the dealer there would have been a full refund not a pro rated refund. Another plan was added into the financing, a Theft Etch plan contract # FNEC053696 ($399.00 ) that was not even disclosed to me or to Ford credit but was revealled to me when I asked to cancel the other plan, it was never disclosed to Ford Credit and cannot be found listed anywhere on the finance agreement . I have documented statements from several Ford Credit representatives who told me that only 1 plan is shown on the finance agreement. Next, They put the wrong birth date on the PA MV1 registration form, when I told him about it he stated it doesn't matter and I could change it later if I wanted ( of course at my expense). They did not send the registration and title paperwork to Penndot in a timely manner. The registration and title paperwork was rejected by Penndot for insufficient funds on July 13 and sent back to Kenny Ross for an additional $40.50. The REJECTED paperwork apparently sat on a desk until August 11,( the expiration date of my temporary registration). When I called to inquire why I had not received the registration card and Ford Credit had not received the title information, stating Penndot said it was returned to Kenny Ross for the correct fees on July 13. Kenny Ross said they didn't know anything about it and had no paperwork on it. Several hours later, OH! They just happened to find the rejected paperwork on another persons desk, however it had a notation on it from another employee at Kenny Ross dated July 20, when they receive so they lied about not knowing about it or having the paperwork. The person I was speaking with on August 11 began a barrage of questions on how would I like it classified 2 or 3 stating a bunch of numbers and trying to make it seem like it was my fault it was rejected and returned. Then I got an unannounced visit that afternoon at my home from a rude and unprofessional person (employee of Kenny Ross) who without even identifying herself to me shoved A large UPS envelope of papers at me telling me to put them in the vehicle and I could drive it even though my temporary registration had expired. When I asked her name she began yelling at me about the fact she had not been able to go see her daughter in 3 months and people were off sick,( the dog ate my homework excuse ) etc, etc. I finally had to tell her to get off my property. The papers however were useless as a registration which was verified by County Sherriff Dept. because no temporary extension was filed, no extension # was given and to my knowledge could not even be extended because it was rejected for "Insufficient Funds" . Therefore I could not legally drive the vehicle from Aug 11 until Sept 10, or if I did I could face a summary charge for driving without a legal registration. When I notified the sales manager of Kenny Ross about the visit and the situation with the paperwork, he said he would pay any fine if I got stopped. He was telling me to break the law and he would pay the fine. I am not sure if that is a violation of Title 75 section 1301 of Pennsylvania law. I could not sell, trade, payoff ( ford credit had no title until Sept 8) or legally drive the vehicle ( August 11 to Sept 10 ). This delay in the payoff cost me a daily interest fee of approximately $3.00 a day, (Aug 11 to Sept 10) with Ford Credit. When I did receive the registration on Sept 10, 2021 it was good until Oct 31, 2021, only 51 days, and needed to be renewed by that date costing me another $97.00. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer. There was 1 bright spot and that was the service manager who did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. P M C
