Went in for service… waited for attendant to check me in Nobody checked me in… I had to ask someone The gentleman was friendly and apologetic but several people walked by without saying a word Other than basically being ignored in service check in I had a good experience Tech was friendly and quick

Service of a vehicle is very important to me. There is a old saying that if you take care of your vehicle your vehicle will take care of you…this is the longest time that I had a vehicle. I normally purchase a new vehicle every three years but with all the problems in the past few years it has extended my ownership with this vehicle that I now have. It isn’t a good time to purchase a new vehicle that I try to buy a few months ago at Kelly. The price of the passport SUV EX L WAS NUTS that I was looking at. Will wait for the markets to come back to normal times to buy.

This was a scheduled 5000 plus miles service on a 2020 Accord Sport I bought there (number 4 in the family) As always, Jeff was courteous, efficient and great at listening and communicating (over the years I’ve had all the service people, I think, and always had a positive experience) This time there was also a mysterious but only occasional scraping or rubbing sound, noticeable but hard to pinpoint. It turned out be gravel and dirt in a wheel well behind or under the metal well itself… obviously not a mechanical problem, but nevertheless I was impressed at the thoroughness of the service. I have always been satisfied at Kelly Honda. I recommend them without reservation. My wife and I will continue to patronize them. I checked out an HRV today. She is thinking of a newer CRV. That’s where we’ll go.
