Terrible
Absolutely terrible experience. They sold me a truck that broke down before I took delivery. Now 2 months later it's been back 4 additional times for the same issue as day 1. They absolutely refuse to take it back or trade me into something else. On top of them selling me a complete lemon no one will call me back when I call.

I am a long time customer of the Kelly group, having purchased several vehicles from them. When my husband decided on a new truck, I didn't hesitate to suggest using them. We placed a deposit on the truck my husband wanted, SIGNED ALL THE PAPERS, and waited for our home equity to close. Title documents took longer to arrange than anticipated, and we were informed that they made a "management decision" to cancel our deal and refund our deposit. My husband reached out today to inquire about the truck, which is still available, however is now priced $5k ABOVE the MSRP. Sad that they treat their customers as such, especially considering we are planning an upgrade to my car within the next year or 2. Shameful!

Bait and switch!!! Had a deal made for a new truck all numbers for trade agreed upon gave deposit as truck was in transit. The following day I was informed that the truck was going to be $5000 more because they had accessories that were going to be added. I told them I didn’t want the added ones and they refused to sell it to me for the agreed upon price and options from the factory. What a waste of my time. They said if I didn’t buy it somebody else would. Not a reputable dealership.
Hello, we are sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding. No agreement was made on this truck. We make it a practice to not take deposits to hold vehicles due to the lack of inventory. Inventory is sold on a first come, first serve basis. We pre-order all accessories to our vehicle’s. They are added the moment the vehicle is placed in inventory and prepped/inspected for sale. These items are then applied to the price of the vehicle. In no way are we attempting to deter business or alienate a potential customer. We make the vehicle as described with the added items available to all, until sold. Thanks, and again we apologize for the misunderstandings. Guess you are trying to save face but there DEFINITELY was an agreement made for this truck and my credit card info was taken for a $1000 deposit. I was also asked to submit documents driver’s license, current registration, and insurance card. I was not paying to HOLD the vehicle I was purchasing the vehicle. I applied for financing however I could have paid in full if needed to secure the vehicle. There was no mention of accessories on this vehicle on your website or from the salesperson until after you refused the deal. You are NOT reputable no matter how you SPIN the story!!!!!!

No problems. Scheduling was easy and the repairs were done on time and at the estimated cost.
