We went to look for a car but as we had to travel long
We went to look for a car but as we had to travel long distance we asked the salesperson detailed questions about the condition of the car on the phone. In particular we wanted to know if the car was rusty and if all the electric systems worked. The salesperson reassured us and told us that everything worked and that there was no serious rust on the car. Having arrived, we found one door rusted through, very substantial rust damage on the structure of the car, the electric mirrors, the airconditioning, the radio and the satnav did not work. Also their technical inspection showed that the car needed rear shocks and a new brke caliper, and other things. The salesperson managed to say that all electrics still worked in the morning! In short, the car was a lemon and the salesperson had obviously misled us. We made 500 miles trip for absolutely nothing. This dealership does not even merit 1 star.

It is not that we were “not completely satisfied” as you put it, we were very angry because your salesperson intentionally made us drive for six hours to view a car he knew was not in order. The only proper way to address our concern is to pay us for our gas and for our time.

I'm tired at the moment of writing this review, so I'll keep short and sweet. The whole experince was great, probably the best experience I have had while buying a car. From the moment you come in, a sales person comes out to greet you to the moment you finalize everything, they have the car park by the front door with a full tank and even teach you about everything the vehicle has to offer. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, definitely go to this place before going anywhere else. And make sure to Michael(Mike), best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

Service review
After brake line flush I drove off the lot and when I braked the pedal went to the floor. Returned to the dealer. Technician failed to adjust a brake caliper properly. Also, i mentioned the touch screen was ?freezing up? and couldn?t be changed. Service tech unable to determine the cause. Service Dept advisor said he would get back to me but never did.

Speed sensor problem from Tire Rotation
Brought in my 2011 GMC Terrain for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After I got it home, the next time I turned on the engine the Check Stabitrak message comes on, then all wheel drive Off message. When I called them and brought it back they said the right front wheel sensor was cutting in and out and needed to be changed. I am not buying it I had no problems before the Oil change.
