The staff is unfriendly, unwelcoming and tormenting. They’ll worry you sick asking for payment or making sure you’ll be making one but they’ll leave you with nothing to go on while they keep your vehicle away from you for four months because it’s broken down. They will force you to tow your vehicle there if it’s not running. They will add to your balance. They will cuss at your family members in front of your little ones if you ask questions about them helping you. The women will laugh in your face, hang up on you if you call and are upset about ANYTHING. The manager is never there (because they put you on hold and ask him if he can make time for you.) they place you on hold everything single time so they can put up your whole record and decide how they will treat you based on it. My experience and anyone I’ve personally spoke to about this place, agrees that it is terrible. The staff has brought many members of my family to tears because they know that low income or desperate people come to this place in need of a vehicle and they go to sleep wonderfully at night knowing that they are the reason someone is struggling. They will NOT help you with anything. They won’t fix anything within the first 30 days. They refuse to help you but they have their own bank and they are extremely okay with adding to your balance behind your back.

Bought a car from them and 3 days later the car stop working. The engine would not start. They told me I had to tow it back to them. I did. They had it for a week but could not find the problem. They sent it to another repair place. They had it for a few days but could not fix the problem, the engine is bad they say. They wouldn't give me another car, my money back or give me a loaner until the problem gets fixed. Then they said even if they fixed it I would have to pay for it and that I had to pay for them sending it to the other repair shop. They say they sell cars AS IS and any problem I have is on me. I understand getting breaks, oil change, tires ect… but engine and transmissions should be covered for 30 days or something at least. The car die in 3 days how is that if it passed inspection? Something funny about that. So now this is going on my credit when they the ones that robbed me. So...there are more important things right now but when this pandemic slows down I'm going to the news and let the know what Kelly and Kelly Auto is doing to people especially during the pandemic. We should be helping each other not robbing each other. So buyer beware...NO! Just don't buy from these people. If you do...you get what you deserve.

I can't judge customer service or pricing but I can say that I submitted an online request for pricing/availability and I never received a response.

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and i must say that I have always left extremely SATISFIED!!!! The Kelly and Kelly staff went above and beyond to make sure all my wants and needs were met! I have told all my friends and family to make sure to see them when searching for a vehicle. Yes, they do sell used cars but they make sure to make the vehicles are very clean and reliable! I love them so much and I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to purchase more vehicles from them!!!!!!

As this was my first time dealing with this institution I found that the process was extremely quick and the friendly service was even better. they took the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. this was the first dealership where I felt like I was in control. They made me feel this way by taking the time and listening to my specifications rather than jumping the gun and trying to put me in a vehicle I didn't want just to make a sale. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have had so far and I will definitely recommend them to friends and co workers over any place else.
