Prompt reply, more than every other dealership I contacted. They will get back to you. Due to lack of financing options offered we were not able to do business. My 800+ out of state credit score just didnt cut the mustard. Oh well. The communication from them is great and makes all the other dealerships look bad.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. My hubby and I found a van here through cars.com so we went to the dealership and looked at a van and test drove. We got the car fax and planned on paying cash anyways. Be aware. This is a cash only/ take it as it is lot. ( they're not like other dealership and make sure they're putting the vehicle on the lot after making sure it's in the best shape. DON Sanders sold us a van, told us all was working well, hubby saw no issues when he test drove it. But....The DVD player Don goated about doesn't work. (How could we have tested that part out right then?) The windshield washer has a hose detached, and the breaks started making very loud noises. We've called the dealership 2 times now and finally my husband talked to Don and all Don could say is "well, it's a cash only no returns dealership!" And so my husband was given a number to a guy in their repairs department but was basically told the same. To top this whole thing off my husband and I were told that the Van didn't have any of original keys to it UNTIL AFTER WE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. Do not do business with these people. If you do, check. Every. single thing to a T.

THE WORST place to purchase a car. I bought my car and haven't drove it for a week yet. It needs new head gaskets, pin holes in my radiator, pinion leak, exhaust leak. I bought the car for $4100.00 and now spending $3500.00 to get it fixed! This place is the worst dealership and I recommond NO ONE BUY A CAR HERE!!

Went there to look at a Nissan Xterra I saw listed online. Tamara helped me. She was very friendly and hands-off. I never felt pressured in the least. The prices on all the cars seemed reasonable. When I said I wanted the car, the buying process started immediately and took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and happy to have me there, and I never got the feeling of being pressured into anything. Great experience overall, and I'm very happy with the car!
