Top notch car sales!!
We were so impressed with this business and it's owners. We bought a car for our 16 y.o. With the way the market is, we were pleasantly surprised to find exactly what we were looking for in our budget! The transaction with smooth, the Atmosphere was clean, classy, an inviting! The prices were fair, the car has been detailed and was ready to go! I would highly recommend them!!

Katy motors has great prices and customer service. I will be returning for my next car, they made the process easy and told everything that they knew about the car, to what maintenance they performed when they bought the car.

Granddaughter’s car
Buying our granddaughters first car was an excellent experience . The inventory gave her a nice selection of good quality used cars. Brian and his staff were very helpful and very informative

Do not Buy
We just got an SUV there and it's already having problems. Ridiculous. I would think that I could get a reliable vehicle, especially considering that I paid CASH. It wasn't even a loan!
Yes, they bought a 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with 230-K miles for $3,400 that drove fine for an hour delivery drive back from Jefferson City Mo to Sedalia, on their test dr and home etc, it also passed an MVI in good shape. Amy called a day or two later and said it had a miss in the engine, we told her to bring it in and we will take of it (even though this vehicle was sold "AS IS”) then before she even brought the vehicle in, she started leaving us 1-star reviews. I spoke with her and told her that was pretty unfair as we had not even been given the chance to check it out and fix it for free! or we would just cheerfully give back their money (try to find an offer like that from dealers on a $3,400 "as is" sale) I then spoke to her husband and we gave them back all monies with no problems from him. Yet the one star reviews continue (in the 20 years I have been in this location and offered this I got 5 star reviews for buying from a dealer who would stand behind their vehicles and return your money etc.) ..... but just another day in the car biz! BTW we fixed the issue for $38 car runs great! just goes to show you cannot satisfy all the people all the time no matter what you do...so sorry it did not work out for you guys
2007 Toyota
Spoke several times with Brian about when car would be ready to view. He said he had driven the car so I assumed it was worth my driving from Leavenworth. I made sure he knew when my son and I would be there. We drive onto the lot and spotted the car, which was very dirty with huge bird droppings on the hood. Still, we got the keys from woman at the counter who said Brian was gone but would return soon. Before we had driven it off the lot it was clear this was a junker. I felt disrespected and misled, and I wrote to Brian about the experience since he never returned and I couldn't tell him in person. A week has passed with no word from him
