Brought my car in for an oil change when I went to pick it up I checked the oil and there was no reading on a dipstick it was over a quart and a half short

I was not happy that I was not able to use my Preferred Lender, paying over 7% with my credit score is laughable, and having to refinance and retitle expensive, totally unnecessary. another case of the dealer taking advantage of the current economic situation. I will be checking other Dealers in the future, they probably all are doing it but it is ridiculous and will cost you a customer. Most likely this coming from Ford since it was leased truck. Finance Officer was Nice and Fast, in and out in 20 mins on the purchase of my leased F150. She did ask about an extended warranty but was not pushy about it. A Buyer should be bale to chose their own lender. Thanks Sean

This is my second purchase in a year. Rick is always great to work with. Both were special orders and he keep me in the loop the entire process. I will be back.
