This is my first day out shopping for my next "new" used car. I am still shopping, however I must say Kareem Auto Sales has the absolutely best trained staff on Fulton Ave. They were never pushy, at the same time a salesperson was always on hand to answer any questions. I told the Finance guy AL that I would not be buying today but had some questions. He was so kind and patient answering all my questions. I definitely plan on buying from Kareem Auto Sales soon. I saw an ad online for a car I had been searching for in the Sacramento area and emailed the dealer to see if the car was still available. I received a prompt response and filled out an application for financing from the dealer. When I arrived at the dealership a few hours later, they had everything ready for me exactly as I requested in my email and the financing terms were as I requested. No haggling! The price of the car had just increased on the same day as I called, but they honored the lower price which I saw earlier that day. The car was immaculate and I am very happy with the entire car purchasing process. I have already recommended this dealer to friends.
