Update: As it turns out, the car wasn't sold to someone else, the dealer, Sam, had an emergency and closed the shop for a week ro take care of his issue. He then called me upon his return to apologize and to let me know that the car is ready for me to pickup and this past Saturday, I went and finished the deal and drove away with the car. Well done Sam at K & S.

Shady Dealership!!! Beware

I was interested in a car they had advertised on line. Since I live out- of -state, I called and spoke to Ray and asked if he could send a bill of sale (This is very common for out-of-state buyers so they could secure financing and/or know the exact price before they get to the dealership). Ray, who was extremely rude appeared irritated by my request. He was over talking me and basically yelling while telling me I had to come in to see the car first and that it is thier policy that they can not send a bill of sale to a customer but they could send it to my bank. I purchased several out-of-state vehicles, even from shady dealerships, but never heard of this. Hopefully Ray is just a disgruntled employee and got this wrong and he is not the face or owner of the dealership. I also hope I get a response back from his boss regarding this review.
