HORRIBLE

Update: This was a 5-star review but now changing it based on my experience with the service and financial department. Would make it zero stars if Google let me. The car I purchased came with a power terrain warranty and 90-day warranty- anything wrong with it, bring it and it will be fixed free of charge. The car had this squealing chirp noise that got louder the longer I drove the car. So, I took it in they said they couldn’t hear it even though I had videos and told them it didn’t start right away when you turned the vehicle on. Took it in again and they thought it might be a belt so they changed it. Didn’t fix it. I started bringing the car in once a week until I came down with covid otherwise I would have been in there more. Each time I brought it in, it was covered under the 90-day warranty until the Last time I brought it in, the service guy heard the chirping but they only cleaned oil on the engine and around the spark plugs. Upon pick up, they informed the 90-day warranty now had a $100 deductible. What?? The last few times there was NO deductible but now the warranty terms changed? I called Financial to discuss this new deductible and left a voicemail for (Justine?) but she never called me back. Called a couple more times and still no one answered or called me back. My car is still making the squealing noise and now shaking but Jones Ford doesn’t want to upfront the cost on repairs. Keep in mind they supposedly do a 121 point check on their vehicles before selling but some how missed this issue in that point check. DO NOT BUY FROM JONES FORD BUCKEYE!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I thought they were great compared to Surprise Ford but no. Just as bad. Only Colin gets 5 stars because he at least did his job and worked really hard finding me a car and getting it financed.

This place has went to xxxx over the years. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last ten years from Jones and four were from this location and I have never had such a horrible experience until a few weeks ago. Now, I can’t prove it but there is no way ASE certified mechanics at their shop could have missed 15 different electrical codes during their inspection for safety and I think they cleared codes and sold me a lemon. The salesman Eric dragged out the concerns I brought up for weeks to make sure I couldn’t return the vehicle under the 15 day 500 mile lemon law. Every time I try to contact him I would get a new excuse that the sales manager had a family member out sick etc. To anyone looking for a used vehicle BEWARE because at this point I think they are capable of doing anything to sell an unsafe vehicle for commission. I finally gave up and nothing was ever resolved and now I am stuck with new payments on a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars of electrical repairs that they had kept off of their inspection reports. No one has even contacted me to even meet me half way on this and I had to constantly call the salesman who just kept blowing me off. I will never go to this dealer again in my life. They made sure through the whole process to drive home the “vehicle is as is” xxxxxxxx and now I see why.

Hachmann New Battery Installation

Our battery went dead just before we had several doctor visits that day. I called service and Allen said come out and we will work you in. And that he indeed did. We were out of there in an hour and a half with a new battery. Allen certainty represents Tom Jones in the best ways possible. We have used Tom Jones for 13 years and every time the sales experience and service has been "spot-on". Will not go elsewhere.

After having an unpleasant experience at a different Ford dealer in the Phoenix West Valley, I was considering Toyota next. However, due to positive word of mouth comments in my circle, I was advised to give Jones Ford in Buckeye, AZ a chance. I knew I was in the right place the minute I walked through the door. John Bolton was willing to listen to my concerns and needs before offering my best options. From there, the experience of buying a new vehicle was great from the sale to closing in the finance office. I highly recommend Jones Ford in Buckeye AZ.
