I purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee From the sweetest sales lady ever. She never once pressured me like some do. She is such amazing person. I honestly dont think I would of purchased that day if she didnt make it so easy for me. She went above and explained to me the entire Jeep before she let me leave in it. Thank you for Ms Mary. I have a Sharp 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk sitting in my driveway and I NEVER left my home! Saw the perfect Jeep Renegade on their site, emailed with questions about price, delivery and what ever else, a very helpful gentleman named Xavier quickly responded with all the right answers. This all seemed too good to be true but I decided to take the plunge. I even said I wasn't comfortable putting a down payment on something I haven't even seen (in person) yet and they were fine with that. Arrangements were made for delivery and I would sign all the papers when it arrived and pay the down payment. I kept thinking..... there's something wrong here, this can't be this easy. I live in the country and started worrying that I just gave directions to some xxxxx. The driver kept me updated on his ETA and was spot on with the actual time of appearance in my driveway. My Jeep was driven by a very nice gentleman with his lovely wife following in another vehicle. He showed me how to use several features on my beautiful Jeep, I authorized my down payment and signed the papers. I have tried to think of even one negative about this whole transaction and there isn't any at all! I've only driven this 4 days so far, all seems as it should. If anything changed I will update. Technology is way ahead of me .... thought I was turning on an over head light and my Jeep said "Initiating 911 call".... talk about scrambling. I have recommended this dealership to anyone who asks where I got it and even tell them about my sight unseen purchase and delivery.

Incompetent or Slimy, you decide

I contacted the seller about a week ago requesting information on a 2014 Camry, which they provided. I let them know that I was 2 hours away and I would need to think about it. This morning I let them know that I would try to take off this afternoon and could be there about 4:00. They said that would be great. At 2:00, I let them know I was leaving the house and would be there a little after 4:00. To which they respond "we ready for ya". I show up at 4:00 and they can't find the car. They then act surprised to find that it has sold. However, they have a 2017 Camry they can sell me for $2,000 more. Now this is not a large dealership. You can literally see every car in the lot from the showroom. But instead of looking out the window to see if the car was there, they let me make take off work and make a 4 hour round trip for nothing. Even if it sold after I left the house, at least send me a text and let me know so I can turn around. Best case this was severe incompetence. Or possibly is was just a slimy sales tactic to try to up-sale me to a more expensive car. It is tactics like this that give car salesmen a bad reputation. However the joke is on them. I found a 1 owner 2017 Camry on the way home that was $1,500 less than the 2 owner 2017 Camry they tried to get me to take.

I am especially thankful for Rex and Morgan at Jones Chrysler in Savannah TN in helping me to get my ideal truck. Their staff provide excellent service and are very knowledgeable and reasonable. Honestly, I have consulted (made phone calls and talked in person) more than ten car dealerships around Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee during my hunting process, and Jones Chrysler is the best among them in my opinion. If you guys are looking for a vehicle out there I encourage you to give them a phone call or pay them a visit, you will not regret. My hunting process on a Ford F-150 began a few months ago. Jones Chrysler caught my eyes because of the fabulous collection of vehicles they had on both Cars.com and their official website. Made a phone call to them and Rex at Jones Chrysler gave me a lot of confidence based on his enthusiastic attitude and detailed introduction on the vehicle I consulted. His partner, Morgan, who later assisted with the purchase, was as professional as Rex. They gave useful advice and made sure that the vehicles were road ready so you could just make the purchase and get it right the way. As I am pretty new to the country, I really appreciate them in helping me to get a safe and beautiful vehicle that is very good value for the money. Very pleasurable experience I recommend them to everyone!

Read or leave, up to you. So here I sit with a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure that I have now owned for 4 months. The first test drive, I LOVED the vehicle(Purchased at Chrysler) and I was getting promised that any of the dings and paint chips would be fixed as soon as their “body man” came in. So I waited. Nothing. My husband calls the salesman. We did get the dings fixed.. The salesman, Lucas, then said “I will call you first thing in the morning to set up the paint repair”. We NEVER heard another word. The first long drive(81 miles)<less than a month of ownership>I started feeling a vibration/shuddering feeling from what I thought was the tires. So, I was like okay, this can wait. So when I have my 1st oil change scheduled, I tell them at GM that I am feeling a vibration at around 50mph. I get told my “back tires are chopped up from pulling a heavy trailer” by Shane and that he balanced my tires. I have not nor will ever pull a trailer with said vehicle. So, after being charged a “diagnostic” fee of $110, I leave... preparing to purchase new tires. My husband was not having it. So he called and spoke with Linda at GM. She got us our “diagnostic” charge refunded along with 2 brand new tires put on. I was thinking... oh this place isn’t so bad after all.. BUT the vibration was STILL there. So after playing phone tag for over a week we get in to have it looked at again. This time it’s by Jerome...he rode with me and said he couldn’t feel it. So he put the 2 brand new tires on the front(because he believes what I’m feeling is from the tires). I get told by Linda that if that didn’t fix it to bring it back. SO, I DID bring it back... again!!! I was there 2 hours and they found “nothing”. Linda was super pleasant, by the way.. but she said she didn’t know what else she could do for us. That if it kept doing it to get in touch with her. We NEVER could get back in touch with her. So I took it to Toyota in Jackson. They balanced the tires and flashed the pcm for a tsb. On the way home it did it more intensely because it was on the long trips... just like when I always feel it the worst. I then went to the dealership where I purchased it, Jones Chrysler, to discover that my salesman had been fired<kudos to Jones for that > but I also spoke with the Sales Manager, Anas. He made sure I got an appointment set up. At my appointment, they balanced and rotated the tires again! Still vibrating. They set it up for Robinson Toyota to be covered under my warranty(we are paying for ALL kinds of extra crap) So Toyota says my tire road force is way off and balances the tires again but this time let’s my husband know of some super bad scratches on my rims from where someone previously scraped the weights off. I left there afterwards and it’s still vibrating. So We go back and talk to Anas. He says “I have a buddy at Tuscumbia Toyota, I will drive it down there myself and have them put a brand new driveshaft in”. They never fixed it and pretty much told me to drive it until something broke because of the 250,000 mile warranty

Found 2019 Chrysler Pacifica online. Called asked for Sales. Elizabeth L. answered the call. She was very helpful. Negotiated and agreed on sale price. Van was delivered to my home in Corinth, MS. Van had a couple of issues the detail shop missed. Elizabeth and her Managers assured me they would correct the issues. Came back and picked up the van. The issues were corrected. Elizabeth did a GREAT JOB OF STAYING IN TOUCH, AND COMMUNICATING with me during the whole process. Elizabeth did everything she said she would and more! Mr. Herschel who delivered the Van both times, and completed our paperwork with us was a wonderful Gentleman! Great Price! Great Service after the sale! Great People!

Customer service is dead, at least at Jones Motors. In 2016, I decide that my dream truck is a silver Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn. This time I am going all out and getting exactly what I want. I drive a few trucks at Jones Chrysler in Savannah, TN and have a good rapport with the salesman. I explain to him that I am going to buy a truck, that I know what I want, that I want to have a positive experience and don’t respond to the high pressure sales pitch. He appreciates and understands my honesty. After some deliberation, I decide exactly what I want and set him to finding it. One is located in another state, we do the paperwork and they send for it. We do the deal, I trade in my `04 Chevy and I drive home happy. Fast forward to April 2019 when I started having the first trouble with my dream truck. The tailgate won’t open. After living with it for a month because I really needed it to pull trailers and finish moving, I decide to take it in and let them do several recall fixes at the same time. It took three weeks just to get an appointment, which was Thursday, May 2nd. I was told that it would be a half day’s work and that the tailgate recall would fix my problem. I dropped it off the night before so they would have it first thing Thursday. That afternoon came and went. As did Friday. Monday I drive up there only to find out the recalls aren’t even done yet. I ask the counter person when it would be done and he just stares at me. I ask again and he goes to ask the lead technician, who gives him a shrug that said to me, “I don’t know or care”. All that was left was to put two little tack welds on the drag link jam nuts. A five minute job, which took three more days. It was the end of the week when I found it the truck was done. Which, mind you, requires me to call Jones. I go to pick up the truck and the tailgate is not fixed. I go back in very upset, complaining to the lady behind the service counter. I did not realize the guy standing next to her was the service manager, Brandon Burris, who never even looked in my direction, much less try to please his disgusted customer. Because I have a retractable bed cover that they did not know how to operate, I believe the technician lied when he said he did the tailgate recall, because there was no way to open it to access its inner workings. Another week goes by and it’s supposedly done. I go back, once again, to pick up my truck. I pull up and immediately notice something is wrong, the rear end is sitting very low. I go in, sign off, get my key and go to leave. A message pops up to service the rear air suspension immediately and the rear air bags are unresponsive. I go back inside, the technician comes out and messes with the diagnostic tool for an hour while I watch. No luck. I leave the truck once again. Two more weeks go by with no resolution. During this time I find out the first technician, who I believe is the one that caused the issue with the rear air suspension, was fired. Later I engage the service manager Brandon Burris, who has still not offered so much as an apology and can only reply with “I understand”, who decides to get defensive, argumentative and downright combative. I find the general manager. I explain the situation and it is only at this time, one month into this debacle, that a loaner vehicle is offered. I am once again assured that my truck will be fixed in the next week. It wasn’t. I called Chrysler to file a complaint and that process beings. That week came and went and the only communication I received was from the sales staff wanting to take my loaner for a customer test drive. Over and over again, I’m assured that the problem will be fixed and am disappointed over and over again. During this time I dropped by to see what was going on to find my truck in the service area with no one working on it and the windows down. If you know anything about mechanic’s shops, you know a vehicle will fill up with shop dust in no time flat. I roll the windows up and leave. TEN WEEKS into this mess the problem is finally resolved. I finally go in to pick up my truck and I find scratches that were obviously caused by a painted body part leaning up against the blue floor lift. They want me to go ahead and take the truck home but call later to schedule with the body shop to fix the scratches. I have my truck back for less than a month and all is well, until I go out to hitch up my trailer and leave with it and it won’t start. I call Jones, let them know what’s going on and ask them to tow the truck in, fix what’s going on with it and the scratches too. It takes a week to decide it’s the batteries and they wait a couple more days to get warranty approval before even putting new batteries in to see if it fixes the problem. On Tuesday 8/13 I am notified that the problem is fixed, the new batteries are in and the truck is going to the body shop. On Thursday afternoon after business hours the truck is still sitting there, the scratches are not fixed and I am returning tomorrow to retrieve this vehicle I have $85,000 invested in and will have the scratches fixed at my own expense. Truck sat on the lot for three days when it was supposed to go to the body shop and "get fixed in one day". Another lie by Jones. I picked it up and expressed my severe disgust with the counter guy, who was supposed to call me back the following Monday. It has been two months since I posted this review on THEIR Facebook page and no one from Jones has ever contacted me. Why? Because Jones simply does not care about its customers and the service department is utterly incompetent. All they care about is extorting money from Chrysler. Through this whole nightmare, I have been lied to repeatedly. Given the run around and probably only received a handful of phone calls from Jones. 90% of the time I had to call them or drive to the dealership only to have the story change. Chrysler has bent over backwards to make things right but I have yet to hear a word from the Jones dealership. This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a product of ANY kind. The truck is awesome but the dealership is awful.

I have never walked out of a dealership over $900. Apparently they didn’t want to sell us the Jeep yesterday. They made us feel as if our truck that we was trading was basically not worth much and no one would be interested in it. I take pride in taking care of every vehicle that we have. They usually get cleaned on average 2 times per week. They made things sound good on the phone so we made me the hour drive over to only be disappointed!!!!
