Johnson Subaru in Cary has excellent service. Our car buying experience was a pleasure. We were lucky to have Armin Rosic as our salesperson. He was very attentive to what we wanted and made the entire process very smooth. We are thrilled with our new Forrester and are glad we joined the Subaru family.

This dealership was fantastic! Ciara and Patrick Dunn worked a great price and delivery accommodations even though I was out of town. Communication was professional, prompt and thorough. This was easily my best car buying experience EVER!

Always double check their work: missing screws, lose parts..

Always double check their work! During my last few visits this year, I have come across missing screws, lose parts, oil leaks and having to back to have them re-repaired. The quality of their technicians lately has been terrible! They have been wasting my time, forcing me to go back because of screws that weren't screwed back in after service, or lose parts, or oil leaks. I think they have grown too big and too busy and their poor service quality shows. Won't be going taking my car there for service anymore until they get their acts straight.

Subaru was our 6th dealership we hit in search of a new car. Looking at cars with Bobby was by far the best experience we had at any of the dealerships. He knew this car inside and out and was eager to demonstrate all the features.

Owned 3 Subaru's in the past and decided to buy Ascent. This dealer is just there to help you make the right choice. This is all because of Joe Johnson the Sales Manager we worked with. How do you rate kindness, gentle guidance, humor and exceptional product knowledge in just 5 stars? Buying a car after my husband's recent death was not easy but Shayan was both understanding and supportive. The dealership also helped me with interim transportation until my new car was delivered. Cassandra was also helpful in explaining all the car's bells and whistles. I've been recommending Subarus (I love my new Forrester) and Shayan to all my friends!

Gear shift replacement

We have bought multiple cars from Johnson Suburu. The shift lever would not go into park. Problem is poor manufacturing on a 2017 Outback. They would not cover a small deductible cost for a repeat customer. Will not buy from Johnson again.

Airbag recall

Since I first contacted Johnson Subaru everybody was very professional. I had a loaner car available while they worked on the recalled airbag. great coffee and snack, and (Alex ) the service advisor person was very polite and efficient. Very good service.
