It was great at the beginning then when I signed my contract it all went downhill.. Horrible experience, I just wish I can get help with my issues but someone higher than Wes.. Can I talk to Wes boss please?? I don’t even think my salesperson should get my commission for the vehicle I bought..

Yes, please I need help on my situation. I haven’t heard anything about my issues. I went on the 17th of September for an oil change and spoke with Mr. Domingo about all my concerns, he said Mr. Wes wasn’t there but he would leave all my concerns on his desk and up to this day NO ONE has had a courtesy in calling me.. I really need help please. Hopefully someone will listen to me..

This is my third year as a customer with John Eagle Honda. I continue to be loyal as they continue to be loyal to me. The service level here is exactly what I expect, top notch. The waiting area is large, clean and ample room work remotely. The customer refreshment center is loaded with complimentary coffee, water, snacks etc.
