I never spoke to either of the individuals listed. I bought my car over the phone and online. The sales person- Blake Kenya- immediately passed me over to finance and despite have several questions NO SALES PERSON EVER CALLED ME. My experience with finance was good and the transportation person (Matt) was good. But the sales people are terrible and rude. I would not recommend buying a car from Jim Ellis unless you do so in person and live close by the actual dealership.

They have been affected by the supply chain issues regarding scheduled repairs. Their system should be able to schedule repairs when all the parts are available.

First let me say, I was an out-of-state buyer so I never visited the dealership or met any of the people who worked this transaction in person. Everything was handled over the phone and via email or text message. My salesperson, Blake Kenya, did not follow-up with me and was not helpful. He was nice before we made the deal and every subsequent conversation he was rather rude and rushed me off the phone. The transaction was executed by a finance person, Joe. He was nice and always followed through. I definitely felt uneasy purchasing a car I had never seen before. The dealership did nothing to reassure me. I basically bought this car and prayed it would work out. I ONLY bought this car because it was the only one I could find with the options I wanted and Jim Ellis is a reputable dealership. The nicest person was Matt, the gentleman the coordinated the transport of the vehicle. He was great! Unfortunately there are still a few issues that have not been resolved and Matt has told me the dealership would call me but they never have. I paid FULL asking price and paid for the car to be shipped to me. I am a recent widow and I feel like no one at Jim Ellis has really gone out of their way to help me through this. Very sad!

Dwight was efficient and helpful when it came down to what we were looking for. He was approachable, friendly and made sure was able to get exactly what my needed and wanted in a vehicle.
