Awful service
Rude and slow!!! Chris was down right rude on phone can’t even answer the phone properly. Waited all week for service then they sold the truck. Nasty customer service!!!

Both Billy (General Manager) and Chris were the best. They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and made you feel comfortable. The best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. The quality of cars is excellent! They created a fun experience. I was extremely satisfied with the complete experience!!

Quick and easy, very upfront with everything. Came in, drove out in under 40 mins, full tank of gas, and they cleaned the car nicely.
Tried to scam me
The owner wanted to charge an excessive dealer prep fee ($900) and a bogus service fee ($1900). This is despite the fact that they performed zero service to the car and told me that the amount of the service fee doesn't equal the work that will be done to the car. Since it was right out of a lease and audi already serviced the vehicle it is a complete scam. Not to mention he claimed the car was just detailed but when I arrived it was still dirty! This is a scam and everyone should RUN from this place! Classic dirt bag dealership. Do not trust them!

Searching for a car for over a month for my son!!!!!! so I have seen the worst of the industry! I ended up coming in to this lot because their salesmen stayed in touch with me constantly every other day over text, call and email. I needed more detailed pictures of the interior, and they delivered. They were super friendly and patient as I was open to them and kept them in the loop of things and they worked things with me throughout the whole process. I understand they don't give out out-the-door prices UNLESS you are there in person and see you are serious. It has been three months, and I have not had issues with the car. I would recommend to anyone to work with them. Billy is EXTREMELY HELPFUL and its very rare to see, but as the manager, he also maintained communication with me and closed the deal delightfully. Thank you guys so much.

I was surprised by the quantity and quality of the used cars available on this lot. Chose a Mercedes, not what I came in for, couldn't be happier!

As a person who heads a house hold of 4 drivers, I purchase a car nearly every year for 30 years. On 7/12 at approx. noon, I took a test drive of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade and gave it an inspection. On the test drive there were no brakes. When I returned the SUV, I could see it had paint damage everywhere. (They put nail polish to mask it making it far worse). The 22 chrome rims were damaged and needed replacement. Inside there were cigarette burns all over (the doors, dashboard). The face plate around both the Nav. and Radio etc was worn out. Damaged carpet in the second row. Damage inside the cup holders. For 40,000 miles and a $45,000 price, it was in very poor condition (well below average). $5,000 at very minimum to fix it, at the very least. When I discussed the issues with the SUV, all he wanted to know is if I wanted to be the third person to put a deposit on it. I was shocked! When you put a deposit on something, there is usually a hold.for 24 hours, etc. I told him to find another sucker for that spot, because I could not do business with such an incredibly unethical company.
The most unreliable people ever.
These people charged me extra to get my plates from a different state. Its been a month and every single time I call, they have an excuse ready saying that they would call back which never happens. Stay away please. Regretting already. Did not buy the car to keep it in the garage for weeks.
