Our family just completed our 5th vehicle purchase at this dealership. We have always been satisfied with our experience. Each time we worked with Scot Phillips. He is very informative and friendly, but never the least bit pushy. There is a reason we continue to travel 3 1/2 hours to do business here!

The the first time I walked into the dealership I was greeted warmly with everyone. There was absolutely no pressure at all and my wife and I felt very welcome and relaxed. When I brought my truck in for a engine light the service department staff was right on it. The showed me exactly what the problem was and took care of it on the spot.

I messaged them about a pickup they had on the lot and they never got back ahold of me. I gave them 2 days then drove by to look at the truck. I was there for 20 minutes and never had a sales person come out to help.

Salesman-Scot Philips met us at the door and was genuinely interested in helping us as we tried to find that just right car for us! During a test drive he pointed out many features about the car. He was not pushy and there were no high pressure and hassle. This dealership left us feeling like they really cared!!! We went to another dealership still looking for that just right car——and they lived up to the “wheeler dealer” image. The salesman was somewhat flashy and pushy. While he went to get a car ready to test drive….. his boss plopped into his chair and had a huge tray filled with candy and nuts. We found them to be somewhat phony and not straight forward and honest!

Logan Day came out immediately to help my son and I. I would like to give her 6 stars, but there are only 5, so that will have to do. She was knowledgeable and listened for what we wanted and we left very happy for the service from Her and from Jerry Seiner NSL. I will come back here again.
