y car was repaired quickly and price was low. Professional communication. Waiting facilities ok. I am complaining about the survey. I always filled out surveys on line. This one was different. It required 50 characters or more and wanted me to go in to detail. I feel that a check list is sufficient for time sake and if I had a complaint that is the space I should type in a review, but it should not have a limit. The check list could be for compliment options as well as other. I prefer the previous surveys I have taken.

There was a recall on my 2011 Hyundai. I called the service department and notified them of the issues with my car. Within an hour, John was able to get my car towed and get me in a rental/loaner car to drive while they are fixing mine. They were courteous, polite, responsive, kind and much more. Can't say enough about the superior service at Superior Hyundai of Beavercreek!
A happy Mustang owner
I had low hopes of buying a mustang because of my current situation. However, Justin actually went to work and went above and beyond to put me in a nicer, newer car. I like the customer service I received, and everybody was friendly not only to me but to my girlfriend as well. Would I buy another car from here? The answer is yes, but I think I am going to be satisfied for a while with the Mustang I bought from here. Thank you Superior for making me and my girl happy campers! Time to go get my first speeding ticket!!!!
