Went in for my first oil change and they said it was free. I did not buy the car from them, but since they give their new car buyers a free first oil change they extended it to me. I realise they are trying to make me a repeat customer, and its working. The service person was friendly and the facility was clean. Only miss was the coffee machine was not working. Overall a good first impression I gave them 1 * for the buying process because they used all the sales guy tactics and would not match another dealer. This place is close to my home yet I ended up having to go 30 miles away to buy a car.
Love my new car!
We met with extremely polite and customer service oriented staff at Superior Hyundai. We test drove one car and fell in love with it working with our sales person, talking to several other staff, and working quite a bit with the Financial expert. All of them went out of their way to be kind and helpful. In this day and age, where there are car lots on many corners, the people are the ones that make the difference. That was our experience!

Excellent experience! No problems. It was raining really hard when sitting in waiting room. The ceiling was actually dripping water on the floor. I told one of the workers and he immediately put a trash can in that area so no one would slip and fall or cause any more damage to the flooring.
Eric McFarland was awesome. Service was quick and done very well. The buying process was easy as pie and quick. Service manager Nathan was honest and got stuff done the way it should have been. Kelly Jackson is a real stand up guy. 10/10

From my salesman to all who interacted in my purchase, the staff was incredible! After my purchase I discovered a purchase program within my company. The Superior crew quickly took care of the new loan and paperwork! Not many dealers would do that!
