Never Again

Went to buy a new Dodge Ram there several months ago. I work midnight shift so was very tired and had to work that night. There was a couple of days left in the month. The salesman kept us there forever and I told him numerous times how tired I was. The wife suggested to him that we could come in that Friday since I wouldn’t have to work that night. The salesman said that we couldn’t do that since the zero percent interest was only for that month. Got the work done while I was there then and came to work like a zombie. The next week I found out that that month was zero percent interest as well. I was angry hearing this as the salesman lied to me and risked my lack of sleep to commute to work that night. Also, truck wasn’t washed after all the time we spent in the dealership and although little, 2 tire air valve covers were missing.

My family has been purchasing cars from D'Ambrosio since 2017. They have always gone above and beyond to help us. In May, I purchased 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander, which I hated once I began driving it. I went back to Mark Lodzuk letting him know I hated it and wanted to get back into a Jeep. Mark and Bob Buffin worked hard to get me out that car and back into a jeep. I had to wait for one to be built, but picked it up last weekend and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend D'Ambrosio to anyone looking for a car. Mark and Bob are the best.

Poor customer care

Waste our time, money, gas. Forgot to book renter car twice, Order wrong radio, forgot to schedule appointment. After they said they fix stop start system which they didn't. Over 1 hour away for us and they have no customer care just alot of I'm sorry. Won't be buying any new jeeps from them anymore.

Absolutely worst auto purchase experience ever

I ordered a 2020 Ram 2500 from them in January. After several months of no contact and not getting a call on the truck, i contacted them. They said Chrysler lost my order. I contacted Chrysler who said this was a lie. Getting back to Jeff’s, they said they couldn’t locate another one but would try. I found several, asked them about them but they said they couldn’t get them. I went in and got my deposit back. I started looking in Nov 2020 for a 2021 and Costco sent me to them again. The internet girl Trisvan pleaded with me for a chance to make it right. The sales manager Wang built an order of the exact same truck but this time it was about $6000 more then in January even though Ram only raised their prices about $150. I was working on a different build with him to get a better price when all of a sudden, he just stopped communications. I sent Trisvan an email about it and she forwarded it to him saying I sent her a nasty email. Total lie. I have all communication to prove it. I ordered a truck from another dealer. Never will I go back to these bozos again.

Hands down the BEST dealership I have ever worked with! A year of looking for a car and being turned away because the one I originally wanted was out of my price range. Well last night I was not turned away! ZARKO made sure I left with a brand new car. May have not been the one I intentionally wanted but I am very happy with the one I got! I’m happy with the Jeep I bought. The buying process was delayed Due to manufacturing and production delays. I felt the communication throughout the process was very poor. When I received the car, there was an imperfection on the left front bumper which seemed to be obvious on the walk around. I was asked to continue to be flexible but they did not seem to reciprocate regarding pricing. I will improve this review depending on the service experience following the repair. Jeff Dambrosia himself was very nice and attentive when we visited. Staff was pleasant
