Worst car dealership in the world.
Purchased a Genesis coupe and within 5 months the entire motor needs to be replaced. Owner and Bruce told me to drop the car off he would have a mechanic look at it, It sat for one week without being touched and then his mechanics said oh it just needs a tune. 2 weeks after that my entire motor blew and melted. Not only that but the day I picked it up another car he was trying to sell to a couple was on fire and the parking lot. I have a lawyer getting involved with its whole situation and the BB.
Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy
I thought I was buying a car from a reputable dealership but this is certainly not the case. I would not trust the salespeople or management/owner. Thankfully the car didn’t have any major issues but we did have problems with the rear light housing units. Jax exports put after market bulbs in the rear lights which cost me over $1000 to fix as they destroyed the light housing unit by replacing with non led lights. They left the replacement bulbs they used in the trunk of the car that weren’t LED. We also had to drive with expired tags for over a month despite me reaching out to Jeremy on several occasions to figure out what the delay was. We also had written in the contract to replace the interior handles but Jeremy was too incompetent to handle that task. When I tried to reach out to management to complain, I was told the owner was in Germany and left several text and voicemails to manager with no return call. I would not recommend buying from this establishment. They lie and are unprofessional.

Beware of this dealership
Jeremy was absolutely amazing until I signed on the dotted line. The engine light came on 45 minutes after I bought the truck. I have texted and called several times a day to get this fixed. They keep telling me they will get the DPF cleaned because the cost to repair it is too much, it's been 4 weeks (since March 23rd). I took the truck to the dodge dealership to get it repaired since it was taking so long. The dealer said it was still covered and their is also a recall on the truck. Two days after being at the dealership they tell me they can't touch this truck due to the fact it was manufactured in Canada and they can't even repair any recalls. If they would have disclosed this or put it in the contract like the law says I wouldn't have bought the truck in the first place. Now I'm stuck with a $3,000 repair for the DPF and any recalls that come up when I told them about the problem immediately and they keep blowing me off. Thanks guys for sticking it to the hard working American. Maybe this review will finally reach the owner, who is either not responding to his sales team or they are not actually informing him of the situation, either way I will be contacting a consumer law attorney by the end of the week if I can't get some answers
