First 2019 xc 90 service
Bad first experience. Had 1030 appointment , arrived early, S/A could not find info (made appointment through dealer). Told service would be 2/2.5 hrs. Dealer wsa to call us when car ready. Never got a call or text. Left with wife at 1030 for another appointment. ~2pm called dealership, told car ready. Went to dealership. Car not ready. S/A not concerned. Left wife there, not ready till after 3pm. When she arrived home, no documentation that the 2 problems I told S/A about were addressed. S/A is also service manager per website. This was a really really bad experience. Not comparable with their competitors. S/A should go to Lexus or Buick dealership to see how customers should be treated.

Do Not Recommend
When I arrived for 9 am appt., service advisor said it wasn't on the books, despite my getting a call to confirm the day before. I came in to have a key made and have the AC checked. By 4 pm, I hadn't heard anything. I called and they were still waiting for key to be made. When I arrived at 4:30 pm to get my car, still wasn't done. About 45 minutes later, the key was made and I was given a repair estimate of more than $5,000 for brakes (which seemed fine) and to replace entire climate control system.

A very smooth experience with a troubled car!
We had multiple problems with the climate control on my wife's Jaguar. After one needed repair that failed to correct the whole interconnected system, Jonathan Schaffer took it back, gave us a loaner & worked with the mechanic to diagnose the full system; it was a big job, requiring major disassembly of the interior. The mechanic, Mickey, was thorough and even came out to give me a detailed working description of the system. When we picked up the car, everything was in better shape than it had been since we bought it. Jonathan streamlined the process & we were pleasantly surprised at the final cost! I usually dread having a dealer service my car, but not this time. All of the personnel we dealt with were professional & accommodating - Jonathan in particular. Thanks, guys.

Ron Klahr knew the car and answered all of our questions. But better than that he is helping after the sale with a feature in the 'comfort package " we do not understand. I will highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

My sales person Caitlin Sword was Awesome!
I’m almost 60 years old and I’ve purchased my share of cars, from Jeeps to Jettas, and Tiguan's! I was dreading buying another car because I have trust issues and I felt car salesmen take advantage of single women sometimes! Caitlin Sword was my saleslady and believe me when I say she was absolutely wonderful! From The moment I met her till the moment I left she treated me with respect and kindness! She wasn’t pushy and I just knew I could trust her! This was an amazing experience and I’ll never forget her! In all my 60 years she was most Definitely the best! I also loved the dealership! I had my sick little dog with me and they all made us feel special!

Of all of our car buying experiences, this was by far and away the best! Caitlin was amazing to work with. She was always prompt with answering any questions prior to our purchase. She went above and beyond to get us into the car we were looking at. Car buying can be tedious, but she kept the experience fun with her bright personality and knowledge of the car and the buying process. Highly recommend and we will be back to see Caitlin again!

Excellent Customer Service!
The customer service was great! Nafe was patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. When I had questions he was always quick to respond with the information. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch salesman.

Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed with smiles, paperwork completed prior to arrival, issues to be repaired or serviced discussed, questions answered, and shown to the Customer Lounge or loaner vehicle. Jonathan truly treats the customer like royalty, is so kind, knowledgeable of vehicles, organized, efficient and customer service at its finest. Great customer service
