recently inquired about an aston martin advertised on line was quickly contacted by nafe abl ali by email , i responde with a few questions about a repair being done and also why the price was higher than most 2010's on the market . My answer ? crickets , completely ghosted . If they wont answer legit questions before a sale i can only imagine what it would be like getting service done if i had a complaint !

Service is polite but they don’t have proper staffing. Leased a Volvo but an oil change needs to be scheduled 3 weeks out and takes over 3 hours. I could not lease from here because I don’t have that much time to dedicate

Bought a used Lexus told the rear bumper had been tapped was the only damage, turned out entire top and driver side had been painted and looked terrible. Lee the salesman was much less than honest during the entire transaction, in my opinion, Fimally got to the GM of the dealership, He reversed the deal100%, which was all that was asked in the first place. Look over any used car in detail prior to buying here. In the bright sunlight. Watch out!

I purchased a 2013 Evoque from Landrover Greenville and starting in 2015 I had 3x to take my car back for supposedly a bad batch of bulbs and was treated very unkindly multiple times. Once told they didn't have me in the system and once was told I and to pick up the lights from service? Then 9/2021 my car turbo broke down in VA. I ahd it looked at in VA and was told by a mechanice from DC that it needed turbo repair for 2800.00 Instead we contacted LR of Gvlle and told me to have car towed back to Gvlle 750$ that cost then on 9/21 was emailed confirmation from LR of Gvlle that they were expecting my car. On 9/23 was told by LR they didn't have this order in their system then an hour later finally accepted?? Then later that day was told it would be 9K for the repair? I could have had it fixed in DC but LR Gvlle told me they could fix it. Then after speaking with Don Ledbetter at LR was told they could only give my 6500 for my care was work 13K minus 2800 repair should have gotten more. Then on 10/2 went to LR Gvlle was told only 1300 and they showed me the wrong person personal info and had me mixed up with another person and I could see that other persons personal info. Later said would issue check Mon and overnite me the 6500. Then that following Tues told they forgot my DL copy so I emailed it and again was to be overnited a check instead I had to drive 45 mins up to Gvlle to get my check and then had to wait while Don saw me never acknowledged me talked with 2 other people then gave me a check. Then the following week I had to wait for over an hour to get a bill of sale faxed to the county to get part of my 2021 taxes back on my car. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL with the way I was treated MANY times and should have gotten at least 4K more for my car. Instead now I have to find another car and am out 750 for the tow plus 300 for rental car and all the aggravation. A Luxury dealership?? They are not. I expect at least to get 2500 more from LR now. BAD CAR DEALER LR Consumer’s Desired Resolution: 2500 at least in a check from Landrover overnighted to me for all the rude behavior and the fact that I could ahve had my car fixed in DC for 2800 now without a car treated badly and only got 6500...wow what else to say about Landrover of Greenville and Don Ledbetter.

Been by this dealer several times to get a part . That was weeks ago and still do not have the part and cant get anyone to return my calls . Needed service work done on my Porsche . Have called 4 times and cant get anyone to return my calls . I am really tired of talking to answering machines . Seems to me they don't want my business . I found another place that did want my business and I will use them for any future service business . Don't waist your time with This dealership . They for sure make you feel they don't want to waist their time with you .

Sobhi had his work cut out for a client like myself. I wanted what I wanted for a price I wanted to pay and he did it! He was patient, kind and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to see Sobhi and will be recommending him to anyone I know who wants to purchase a Land River.

2 Months After Purchase, Still trying to Title/Tag

I purchased a pre-owned 2019 Lexus LS 500 from the dealership on December 16, 2020 and now more than 2 months later and nearing the expiration of my 2nd temporary tag, I am still trying to get the title application sent to my DMV in order to get my title and tag. I have called their title/tag dept and nobody ever answers nor do they return messages. I have emailed, including the sales manager, Brian Borkowski, but get no response whatsoever. In the past 35 years I have bought and sold countless vehicles, and never have I experienced anything like this before. I would not recommend "Greenville Luxury" to anyone. Since I can't get anyone to take or return my calls or respond to my emails my next step will be to contact the States Attorney Generals office.
