I bought a nice 2018 vehicle at another dealer with still factory warranty. The simple fact was to make transfers from American to EU but was the worse mistake I done Jaguar of Frisco I sent my vehicle there even though I knew about their reputation. I’ll thought that by doing so I’ll test their service and proceed to buy my next New Land Rover . But they fail every step of the service I work for reputable dealers for 32 yrs and I believed the the service staff needs to be fired or retrained for a better customer Service. Now next week I’ll be. Using Sewell BMW great service there. All this issue was for a Battery issue and sensor failure. Definitely they need extensive training I feel bad for the actual owners . One more complaint in their record. For sure

When you have to drive two hours to wait more than seven to get your car serviced, the whole experience could have been better if you were honest upfront and said, hey, this is going to take ALL DAY. But nope, every little bit, another hour. I could have gotten an Uber and done anything, which would be better than being lead on all day. Sure won’t make that mistake again.

My 2nd Experience with Poor service at Land Rover Frisco. I was given an appointment time of 7:30am. I arrived at 7:15am and they were open and took my car. I was asked if I knew where the waiting area was and said yes. I proceeded to the waiting area. 2.5 hours later the person that took my car walked up to me and said, we have not checked your car yet and asked if I would like a ride somewhere to possibly pick up my car later or set up another appointment. I asked why would I do this when we had an agreed appointment at 7:30am today. No good answers from them. I told them to get my car and I would leave. While waiting on my car, I was asked if I need help by others, and told them the same as above. Another person (assuming a Manager) asked the same and said they didn't realize I was waiting on my car. Hmm, it was documented I was waiting and the original person came up to me in the waiting area to tell me my car had not been worked on. I was then asked again if I wanted to set up another appointment. Geez, work on my car for my original appointment and stop taking appointments if you have too many cars to work on for the personnel you have working. I was told they have a stack of papers for cars to work on. Why continue taking in more than you can handle? Time to find another dealership and different type of vehicle.

Extremely rude and insensitive sales manager Marcus Hawkins. Rudely said that it is my car and I will do whatever I want. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. They treat you as if you are irrelevant and are not willing to even listen to you. They will do whatever they want you to do. There are many other places to shop around.

Purchased a vehicle back in April, it’s now August and still do not have plate, or registration. Called my sales Mark Gonzaga several times with no help. Called the DMV today and was told they never submitted this vehicle. Now my daughters is off to college 12 hrs away with paper tags. Unbelievable

This is the worse service I have ever experienced. Please have been here 3 times just to find out they ordered the wrong part 3 times. When I bought the vehicle it had black rims and when it was delivered the tires were swapped out.

I purchased a vehicle from Jaguar/ Land Rover Frisco a few months back. My salesman Malaad was lukewarm to lackadaisical at best. My "pre-certified" vehicle had a cut in the tire and a bent tailpipe that had not been previously checked. Malaad took 3 weeks to set up a service appointment (even after requesting to have GM or service agent follow up while he was out) to get these and other items previously agreed upon resolved. After having my vehicle for 3 weeks, I received no communication update on the repairs or the status of my vehicle. I had to drive up to the dealership (several times) to get a response to my concerns and the general or service manager was never available. Once I did have my vehicle returned, to my horror, all the repairs had not been made despite asking specifically if they had. I was told, "yes, Uhm, I think so." My salesman even told me that he doesn't know. He's not handling that part. Jaguar obviously has not educated the staff on honesty, what constitutes great customer service and fair treatment of women. So after 4 weeks of waiting, texting, and emailing, the sales manager Marcus Hawkins, handle all of the issues. Jaguar Land Rover Frisco does not have to worry about this woman returning to this establishment. Nor would I recommend this place.
