Dealing with Seth, you can tell he is a straight shooter, and I really appreciated that when dealing with him. There wasn't any bs just honesty. He helped me find what I wanted not what he wanted me to buy.

I had been shopping for a Mini Cooper when I spied one on the Jaquar Land Rover Buckhead lot. I walked across the street and Seth reached out to me warmly and openly. I was impressed with his authenticity. He knew what I was looking for--he knew I'd found it. He made no effort to up sell me and was as enthusiastic about my choice as I was. He knew I had done my homework and also knew I wasn't going to find a better deal. He was confident that the dealership would work to make the sale happen. I appreciated his confidence and responsiveness; the test drive was like a mini road trip with an old friend. I've loved the car and finding it where I didn't really expect to made it seem magical. That Seth made the process easy was more magical as well. Thanks Seth for making the experience so fun and easy. Daniel picked up where Seth left off--as the day I closed the deal, Seth had a well earned vacation day. Daniel worked seamlessly with the groundwork that Seth had begun. They were playing from the same playbook, singing from the same hymnal and he was there to help get the deal all worked out. Together, they were a fantastic team and I was treated incredibly well from start to finish. I can't recommend these two highly enough. Thanks so much for helping me into a great car!

The greatest experience in my car buying years

I have bought several cars in my 51 year lifetime. Honestly, I have never had the great experience I had with Dan and the whole team at the dealership. I really felt special from the moment I spoke with Dan on the telephone. He treated me with with respect. He had all my paperwork in order. He and the finance manager were on one accord. I purchased the Land Rover Evogue and I love it. Thanks again Dan. Overall experience was great. I will continue to purchase all my cars there in the near future. My home away from home. Very Bad Experience

I am extremely disappointed and highly upset with the series of services I received from this car dealership. When I was purchasing my car back in April 2019 I specifically spoke to my car sales man, Mr. Rowland, that I would love for the car I want to have a blind spot. I was told by Mr. Rowland, that the blind spot can be installed if I purchase a vehicle that does not come with one. The amount to place a blind spot was added to my total, and I was told I would receive a call a couple of weeks from the day of my purchase once the parts came in. I called more than 5 times with no response and it took about 5 months later before I was able to get an appointment to bring my car in. Upon getting to the dealership, I was told that range rover does not provide a kit to install a blind spot after the car is built and I must have been told wrongly. I was very upset and at this time, I wanted to return the car because that is one of the reasons I bought the car. After about 3 hours of going back and forth, walking from one office to the next, I was finally able to speak with Mr. Rowland, who then told the Service agent Jim that it is possible to install the blind spot because it has been done before. Mr. Rowland provided Mr. Jim with the number and I was finally able to return back to work with a loaner. Initially, I requested for a blind spot installment and a yearly service that was due, I received a call from Mr. Jim 3 days later that my car was ready. Upon my arrival I was told that only the Blind spot was fixed and the service was not done. I spoke to Mr. Jim who told me he was not aware or must have forgotten that I needed the service to be done, so once again I had to go back in the loaner to come back 2 days later. When I received the second call that my car was ready, I specifically asked Mr. Jim if my car was washed has he had promised and told me it comes as a complimentary. He assured me that it was and everything is ready now. When I received my car, it was NOT washed, it was very dirty. I do not recall dropping my car off that way. Secondly, the blind spot that was installed was the aftermarket one, it has wiring going everywhere in my car and makes it look very ugly. I believed I was just told anything at the time of my purchase in order for me to buy the car. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with these series of events to say the least. I wish you guys were honest from the beginning and I could have looked into buying another car instead of lying just to sell a car.
