Ms. Melissa Geneser handled my service on 2021 Jaguar F type in a very professional manner and she deserves to be recognized for the great attitude she brings to Hilton Head Jaguar in performing her job duties . It is always difficult to repair older cars especially exotic foreign cars and the AutoNation Jaguar dealer and service rep Kristen did a fabulous job.

If you are ever in the market for a vehicle, stop by and visit Brittany, Join m and Safar. This team is AMAZING. They took all the necessary step to get me in the perfect car ensured everything I needed was taken care of. It?s rare to find a car dealership team like these great people. Most car dealerships personnel want to make a sale. These people wanted to make an impact and they did just that. I am forever grateful!!!

AutoNation does not honor anything that Peacock guaranteed in ownership change. JaguarUSA states that I have Elitecare, 5yrs/60K complimentary scheduled maintenance. ? AutoNation says 3yrs! ?Kristen clearly didn't do her job by verifying this info from JaguarUSA! ?

2022 Jaguar F Pace SVR

This is a follow up to the previous rating. Leslie called me today to follow up. She relayed that she has expedited the repair parts and is searching for a loaner for me to utilize while I cannot drive my new F Pace. She was extremely professional and empathetic. I believe that she is doing everything she can to make this situation right. Most of this is not under her control. The customer service score is all about her work. Thank you Leslie!

I really feel like I was rob. I paid 175.00 labor to check battery. That is highway robbery.

Jaguar XE (Diesel) service

We were heading to Hilton Head Island on vacation when our low DEF indicator came on. We knew we would not be able to make it back home due to the mileage. I called Jaguar Land Rover Hilton Head on a Monday morning and explained our situation. They were able to service our vehicle the very next day in less than an hour. We couldn't have been happier or more relieved. Our service advisor Kristen was wonderful. She was kind, understanding and knowledgeable, and was able to have us in and out and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation stress free!
