Bought a Ford Focus SEL yesterday. THERE WAS HARDLY ANY FLAWS IN THE PAINT WHEN WE ORIGINALLY LOOKED AT THE CAR. NOW THERE IS A BIG SCRAPE COVERED WITH WHAT LOOKS TO BE WHITEOUT, ON THE REAR FENDER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. WHOEVER TOOK IT TO DETAIL IT AND OR PUT FUEL IN IT WHILE WE WERE SIGNING PAPERWORK. THAT TOOK 45 MINUTES.. NOW I KNOW WHY!!!!! IT DOESN'T TAKE 45 MINUTES TO PUT GAS, WASH IT, AND PUT MATS DOWN. WE DROVE IT STRAIGHT HOME, AND IT'S BEEN IN THE DRIVEWAY SINCE. UP UNTIL WE WALKED OUT TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES, WE DIDN'T SEE THIS. THIS PAINT WAS NEAR PERFECT WHEN WE PICKED THIS CAR OFF THE LOT. AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE TOOK WHITEOUT TO COVER UP THEIR **** UP!!!! NO ONLY THAT WE WERE OVERCHARGED 300$ ON THE FINAL PAPERWORK FOR THE PRICE OF THE CAR! THAT WAS NOT LISTED PRICE. I THOUGHT I COULD AT LEAST GET A SALESMAN WHO WAS HONEST, AND I THOUGHT WE HAD. NOW, I'M DISAPPOINTED. IT'S SAD WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CAR IN HONESTY AND JOY AND FIND SOMEONE DIDN'T CARE ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH. AND THE FINANCE MANAGER... "IT'S NOT YOUR CAR UNTIL THE CHECK CLEARS" RUDE AS CAN BE!!! AND TO THINK, I WAS HONESTLY THINKING ABOUT GOING BACK AND PURCHASING A JEEP. NOPE.

Bought an Nissan Ultima form them about a year ago. I mentioned the tires being that they were supposed to fix but they didnt. They said they gave me free oil change coupons with the dealership, and they didnt.

When we arrived at Mac Haik in Jackson the store was open but all of the sales people were in a meeting. We had to wait 30 minutes prior to even seeing a sales person. The sales person, Joe Ward, eventually came out of his meeting and declared himself the “greatest sales person in the nation”. We purchased a vehicle from Mac Haik but it only had a valet key. We negotiated keys in the sale. When we were filling out paper work Mac Haik added an additional $900 for a GPS locating service that was never mentioned in the sale. We fortunately caught it while signing paperwork and had it removed. I didn’t get the name of the man with the closing papers but he was extremely aggressive about extended warranties even after we declined. I called Joe Ward about the keys and he said he’d call me right back and never did. My wife was able to talk to the GM Keith Sistrunk who verbally agreed to another key. This whole process took about 3 weeks of call dodging and getting no reaction until we mentioned in a voice mail about wanting to talk to legal. We were quickly called back after that. In the end we ended up with one key, even though we were promised two, and a major distaste for the whole car buying experience. I will not buy from Mac Haik again and I’ll be sure to inform my peers to avoid it as well

Recall on occupant safety module

Took new truck for recall repair that was told would only take 30-45 min. 3 hours later I attempted to call and check on the time it would be ready.I was sent to voice mail 8 consecutive times before finally reaching the service dept. Operator was rude, as well as the staff having no concern about customer service. Shameful!

I was contacted by email by the dealer rep. I emailed him back asking about a sunroof on the car. He replied affirmatively and said I should call his cell. When I did, I got a reply text saying he was busy couldn't talk now. Well, 24 hours later he hadn't called. I texted him saying I guess he didn't want my business. He replied he was very busy and a week later still hasn't made an effort to contact me. All this electronic business is sometimes very unfriendly for the customer.

Agreed on a deal for new car, shook hands with manager on site to pick car up the next morning. Got message on phone that they could not do deal. I always heard a man was only as good as his word. This speaks volumes about their sales manager and dealership. Their word is worthless!!!

Inquired about a Jeep and was told it was in the shop for repairs and was not available to view. They promised to call me back but never did. That was over a week ago. Bought elsewhere.

They are not there now and I can't contact them to see if I still have a extended warranty on the car because the transmission is gone in it my note is 400.00 a month and 4600 to get a new trans and 3400 for a rebuilt trans but where are they out of business and I can't do anything this place is a rip off don't buy a car from these people please don't waste your time. By the way the sales person left Round Tree.

I was buying my first car!! I thought it would be the best, week after my battery went dead and it went down hill. Engine light has been on since June,2016 and it is now February 2017, it still says low battery and my car shakes bad like out of control. & they have the WORST SERVICE!!! Ever I would never recommend them ever!!!!!
