I had my vehicle in for some recall work. Pat in the service department did a fantastic job. He is very professional, efficient and caring. The dealership provided a shuttle to take me home and the driver was very nice and competent. My vehicle was actually ready ahead of schedule and the pickup was very easy. I have been going to Jack Demmer Ford for many years and the service department is one of their best features. I will continue to recommend this dealership every chance I get!

Cat in the engine
I had a situation with a cat getting in the engine of my car. I still get chills thinking about it. Jack Demmer’s Service manager was awesome. He was patient with my explaining (with emotion in my voice) what happened and he was reassuring that Jack Demmer would help get me back on the road. When I found the car on the website, I saw a window that would allow me to check the car availability. I gave the vin # and was told that the car was still available. I provided my phone number and email address. I was contacted on Monday morning by the dealership and was told that the car was unavailable.

Our website listings are updated daily, but there are a few factors such as obtaining financing and title work that may delay the client taking delivery, creating a delay in the listing update. I am pleased that we reached out to you first thing Monday when we reopened for business. We would love to be able to update our site in "real time" but unfortunately the technology is not there yet. recently got an oil change and feel I was ripped off...$84 for a plain oil change on a compact car without even a tire rotation seems a bit steep. When I asked about the tire rotation I was told the tires were new...well no they weren't they have 11,000 miles and never been rotated.....I felt they took advantage of me being a woman and not knowing. I won't be back for any type of service.
