Eli and his team at J & S Auto Haus III are fantastic. Their web page made searching for vehicles simple. Every feature was available to be filtered and sorted, which made finding a car a breeze. The staff at J&S were always available by phone. I called several times to verify if the car was still available and to schedule test drives. Each time the phone was answered quickly and the person on the other end was pleasant and helpful. The lot is in an easy to find address off a main road in Trenton, NJ. This was important to me because I had a long drive from DE to NJ, and the last thing I wanted to do was search for their lot in back street or difficult to find location. The cars they had on the lot were all clean and shining. They take pride in the presentation of their vehicles. I immediately met with a salesman who showed me to the car I was asking about, a black Honda Accord. It was a 2012 model, but the car looked new. Their detail team cleaned every inch of the interior and exterior before and after I purchased the car. Purchasing the car was a breeze. The price was very reasonable and all questions that I asked were answered in a straight forward manner. I brought a certified check from my bank and the transaction took less than 30 minutes to complete; paperwork signed, temp tag installed, registration printed, insurance verified, etc. It was the best buying experience I have had. Overall, Eli and his team did an amazing job. Their service was exemplary and the car I purchased is great. Thanks Eli!

I have been a customer of J&S for almost 20 years and purchased approximately 15 cars virtually all Mercedes. Yesterday I made a purchase of a 2018 E 300 from Flemington Mercedes. The price of the car I purchased was less then the advertised price I saw on Facebook and my trade in was full Kelly's Blue Book, something I never got from J&S. Add to this bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warrantee verses 30 days from J&S. I also no longer have any idea what J&S has in stock sense that feature has been removed from their web site. My last two expierance in the service shop, while Mike tried his best, were disappointing. I'm not sure where I will go when my sons S class needs to be replaced l.

I had a great experience at J&S buying an Acura vehicle. Test drive was easy, vehicle was in very good condition and ready to drive off the lot. Emad was very friendly and easy to negotiate with. Clean office, paperwork was very thorough and was actually a quick process. The lot has a lot of good choices as they came up in my search many times. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Everyone check your warranties. I needed work done to my car, thought I had a valid warranty, to find out it was never submitted. And I never got my money back. I have been waiting 3 months for it. Work of advice. Check your warranties. Make sure they are valid

My husband confirmed with dealer that the car we saw posted online was available for purchase. So we decided to take the 90 minute ride to them to be told they could not find the vehicle on any of their lots. We drove to three of the lots ourselves to look only to be finally told it was probably sent to Virginia. I also want to mention the disappointing experience with salesman Eli... if I had to guess he was probably a family member of this "family owned dealership" as he clearly had no motivation for a sale or even standard customer service. We arrived at the third location to find Eli sitting at a messy desk littered with empty vape cartridges among other clutter... he did not even stand to greet us or shake a hand. We were then told by him that even with a credit score of 700 that we would not be approved to finance a vehicle for our price range of around $12,000 but proceeded to try to upsell us with options upwards of $18,000. To me it seems fraudulent that over a week later and the vehicle that'll we spent hours searching for on their properties is still posted on their website ...

Do not purchase from this dealership. They have no customer service skills and they are not honest about the cars. They are overpriced and not very good quality. Warning...please buy from another dealer.

I have been shopping around for a used mini copper but every dealer ship i went to had older models with high milage and over priced. Emad was honest reasonable and considerate of my needs, especially when it came down to everything making "cents" stayed within my budget and got my self a great car and deal. Highly recommend to others to speak with Emad first.
