Buy vehicle from him pay 3000 for a warranty which did not cover the part that broke that I bought from him that was already broke vehicle pull to the right said he would take a look at it but I didn't bring it in time so he refused to fix it

My husband and I live 2.5 hours away and had a Honda Pilot picked out with cash in hand. The salesman, Dylan, on the phone told my husband there were no major blemishes. We get there and there is a 1’x10” area of missing paint (bare metal) on the roof that no one had noticed. We then test drove a few others and the two sales guys, spencer and one other, were of no help and did not give us any other offers or advice. Zero help. We left very dissatisfied as we were ready to purchase a vehicle and they have 6 pilots on the lot.

They never reached out to any of my vehicle inquiries, so I went and found the vehicle I wanted at another dealership.

Brian smith willing and knowingly sold me an 08 explore knowing the head gasket was blown, his mechanic just kept dumping antifreeze in it , they all knew , just a bug scam

Don’t buy a car from here! I had a laundry list of problems within the first month-five weeks and called Brian, who sold it to me, to try to see if he would work with me. He accused me of being rude while he was yelling at me on the phone and I got nowhere. He said he “didn’t plan at five weeks for the check engine light to come on for me”.??? I repaired it myself because he was so rude I didn’t want to deal with him anymore. Now the car is burning oil, and my dad was with me when I bought it, and he tried talking to Brian. He was even more rude to him than to me. He said he would talk to the “higher ups” about seeing about repairs. That was two weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything. They don’t stand behind what they sell- I had to get an oil change almost immediately after buying the vehicle. I bought a $20,000 used vehicle that I keep having to pour money into. But as Brian says, that’s what you get buying a used vehicle. There wasn’t even floor mats under their white floor papers when I took them off when I got home. Brian is not only the rudest sales person I have ever encountered, but probably the rudest human being I have ever dealt with. If you are going to buy from here, work with someone else! I have bought quite a few used vehicles and have NEVER had an issue until I bought from here. Save your money!

Sold me a piece of junk. Would never go back. Car has so many issues. They for sure don’t stand behind their cars. Anybody that does business like that is a snake.
