The customer Service person appeared to be sick but at least he was masked up. The waiting area was clean but loud with the television audio blaring.

I called and got an appointment for the same day. Though covid had affected their staff they did their best to complete my repair in a relatively short time.

Simple service, hassle free process. Masks are ridiculous given they have been proven to be ineffective, but that’s not their fault. I will certainly be back in the future .

Four wheel drive froze. Got same day service. Obtained a rental for the day. Overall extremely happy. Only drawback, I wasn’t told immediately about possibility of rental during repair period. I had to inquire about it myself

Always a pleasure being at Toyota. So kind and friendly. Was happy to have Isaic or Mark Howard waiting on me at the Service Dept. He always goes out of his way to be nice & helpful. Enjoyed sitting and having coffee as I waited for my car.

Seems like customers are an inconvenience here. In fairness, Dave Nickerson and Tony Carter were very helpful and polite. Once a Veteran, always a Veteran. No discount was given. Thank you for fixing my minor maintenance issue.

Unbelievable poor service.

The importance of customer’s time was not valued at this location. The time it took them to look over my car and figure out what was going on was a all day process. Tire pressure light kept flashing on and off. I was told my car was fixed by them resetting the sensor and adding air to tires and spear. Upon my arrival they handed me the keys and I started the car and light came right back on. No one bothered to hook the car up to a scanner until I returned 4 hours later to pick up my car. When I returned I spent another hour and more waiting to be told they could not figure out the problem and I had to leave the car for several more hours Their customer service staff seemed bothered and was not alert to customers waiting to be seen. I do not believe they spend ti me properly investigating the problem to begin with. My experience was from 8:30 AM until 2:20 PM. Unacceptable. For tire pressure light that flashes ?

I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra in Greenwich CT 2 weeks ago, and traveled to Hyannis for work this past week. The truck broke down 4 days after getting it, and with 250 miles on it. The service rep, Colleen, initially told me the parts were in stock and the car would be fixed within 1 week. However, when I called to confirm they had received the parts, another rep told me that the parts were on backorder and were now due to come in at the end of November. This should have been communicated to me prior to me calling them. Due to it being a Friday afternoon and I was told Ira had no loaner cars available, I had to contact the Toyota Brand Experience call center to try to get a vehicle to me (Thanksgiving holiday next week, we need a vehicle). I was told that they contacted Judy and to go into Ira the next morning (today) to speak to Judy. Well, when I went to Ira this morning I was told Judy was off until Monday. At this point, Tony stepped in and was able to help us out. He mentioned that he was informed of the situation later the prior night. He was able to get us a loaner vehicle and was extremely helpful. So while the service centers communication could have been better (maybe my situation is a unique one), I'm just glad our Thanksgiving plans are still good to go. In the short amount of time we were there this morning, we saw Tony assist just about everyone. You guys have a good one in Tony!
