Hi Mr. McCarthy, I asked your Service Writer "How much is this going to cost?" Seems like a simple enough straight forward question. He told me $580.00. Although I thought it was a high cost I told him to go ahead with the "Triple Flush" of the transmission. He called and said the vehicle was ready and when I picked up the vehicle I was given a bill for $748.08!!!! Not the $580.00 he quoted. He only quoted the charge for the "Triple Flush", my question to him was what was it going to cost me?!? Sorry, be he LIED to get the work. Real company guy! This isn't the first vehicle I and my family have bought from the IRA group but we'll really rethink our future purchases if this is the way the company now operates. John Barry
