Experience was okay.
Experience was okay. I’ve had better experiences with other dealers and car purchases in the past. Communucation was an issue. Was told certain things by the salesperson which he was not able to follow through on. I was almost given the wrong car when signing for the deal.
We apologize you had a 3-star experience vs a 5-star! You did get one of our newer sales reps who isn’t as quick as some of the longer-tenured staff. Rest assured we are training all staff regularly to avoid further delays. John McCarthy General Manager jmccarthy@Group1Auto.com
What's done is done. I got my vehicle and you got one more sales to add to your end of the month numbers if that is all that counts. Your sales team lost your dealership the potential of thousands of dollars though in maintenance and service revenue for the life of this car as I will not be bringing it there for servicing.
