Have never been disapointed in this dealership! Every time I have EVER had an issue, they have gone out of their way to take the stress out of stressful situations I went the other day to have my maintance for my 30,000 mile service. When Roger Barron explained what it entailed, I had explained my husband had just purchased new tires early December, when he had a flat out of town. Roger told me that they could certainly deduct that charge from the service plan. I was suprised he could do it and would do it..He gave me a price and when the service was performed, the charge was just as he promised...no upcharge no other issues. Friends of mine were not as happy at the dealerships they have done business with....can't say enough about them or how welcoming they are..will always do business with them...

First Toyota purchase
Young sales rep who did not try to lead me if an answer to my question was not known. They went and found out the accurate information for me. I was impressed, as this approach was not my previous experience. There was one communication issue between sales and the business office which was quickly resolved by management, and the transaction moved ahead smoothly. I was appreciative the management supported the sales representative. I am disappointed that my rep Dave Souza is not listed below , and the same for the business (finance) office rep.

He was able to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explained different features in the RAV4 I was looking at. He also went out of his way to find the color I wanted when none were nearby and he didn’t think it would be possible. He is truly dedicated to making his customers happy!

Bringing in my 19 Corolla to the wonderful and courteous staff in the Service Department at Imperial Toyota in Milford is always seamless and such a pleasant experience from the Friendly Car people in Service Drive, to the Service Advisors. I was luckily able to finally work with Kevin Defrancesco. He was so professional and kind and made the visit almost fun.
