Cars on the lot
NEVER GO HERE. From the very beginning there were issues with the truck I got from this company. To the extreme of after seeing the initial car Fax as (clean and no issues) prior to getting the truck to then a month later while shopping for new insurance. I'm denied coverage due to the truck being a liability on the road due to (significant structural damage) I called was dodged and passed around they swore the title was clean sent me pictures of supposed damage found at auction. Now here I am a week literally later and my transmission blows on me and leaves be stranded in the gore lane at 3am trying to get home. They have refused to take my calls or help. This is a dirty company and I have opened up plenty of complaints to get this handled my own. (PLEASE NOTE) The truck I was sold only had 51k miles on it no reason at all for transmission issues. Nothing was disclosed to me prior to sell no extended warranty was even offered to me. And I haven't even put 3k miles on it since purchasing and if you pull the car Fax now all if a sudden it shows up and accident was reported. Yet the accident was 08/2021 and wasn't reported till 4/11/22 just hardly a month after me taking the truck over? I've even dealt with the GMs and they were just as terrible. Matt and Dennis in mesa have been absolutely rude and unhelpful. Mark the GM talked to me once and totally blew me off after.
Don’t come here
Don’t go here especially if you’re black… I came here to look at a Camaro and he told me “I don’t let anyone test drive the Camaros without seeing cash first“… I just got done driving a Camaro from the Chevrolet dealership in Chandler didn’t even have to show my ID get the f*** out of here🤣🤣. The way he approached me was very racially motivated and rude. He even got out of the building before I even can get out of my car and asked if he could help me but his attitude was just disgusting. He could’ve been cashed out but I will be taking my money and business elsewhere. People like this shouldn’t be salesman.
I’ve got a great price on a car.

Please use caution
Purchased a truck to which I had to fly out to get and drive it home. I discovered a few issues while the truck was still under warranty and tried to get reimbursed or partial reimbursement for these issues I was completely ghosted. They would not call me back. I wasn't looking to gauge them in anyway shape or form. Just simple reimbursement for the inexpensive parts (not even the labor)?? I am happy with my purchase, but many red flags went off dealing with this place. PLEASE use caution SS
I was thinking about going here, but then I took a look at how this company takes criticism. Every single reply on any of these reviews are are dismissive and narcissistic. It’s one thing to get bad reviews, but how you respond is completely different thing. Listen to your consumers and don’t gas light them into thinking they’re always wrong.
Bottom feeders of used car lots. I’m sure you have seen the big dealers advertising “push, pull, or tow your vehicle we will take any trade!”. Ever wonder where those cars end up? At dealers like this. The big dealers send them to an auction and the bottom feeders bid on them and buy them super cheap. Throw a layer of cheap 30 day glaze on the paint to make it shiny and power wash all the oil spots underneath and throw on the lot. Then use sub prime lenders to fleece you on the financing which they also make money on. Not saying they are doing anything illegal, but they are taking advantage of people who struggle financially and sell them a cheap car only for them to be buried in costly car repairs in some cases just days after driving off the lot.
