I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

The service was quick, efficient and organized. Sefik was our dealer who reviewed all paperwork and considerate of our time. We would return when looking for our next car.

Was looking for a Subaru WRX for my son and found one here. Living in NC and buying on PA, I was somewhat hesitant, however Sesik answered all my questions and allowed me to place a deposit on the car which would have been fully refundable if I arrived after a 5.5 hour drive and didn't like it! Upon arrival he had the car ready to go and we drove it around for about 45 minutes, purchased it and drove the 8 hour in traffic trip back to NC, car runs great and was as advertised, it was worth the long drive!

I purchased my Subaru at I-deal cars York. I have to say these salesman were incredibly helpful and straightforward. They didn't try to push me into anything. Instead gave me options and helped me determine which vehicle was best for my needs. The manager was very professional and made the process simple. This is the way businesses or car dealers in my opinion need to be run.

My son bought a vehicle here. Before we even got home after we left the dealership the service engine soon light came on. That tells me they reset it. It is now sitting at my mechanics shop. It needs a Catalytic Converter and god knows what else. I understand that the vehicle was as is, I don't mind repairs like brakes and so forth but when they purposely reset the computer so you don't know the service engine soon light was on is another thing. So we are looking at over 1400 dollars in repairs so far for it. My advice is look elsewhere if you are looking for a cheap used vehicle because by the time you repair it, it is not going to be so cheap.
