Took car in for oil change. Also, for them to check to see why car feeling like it was skipping/jerking. Took car in on a Wed, didn't get car back until Mon. Took car back on Wed for same problem, which was not corrected. After I paid over $2,000 they wanted another $800 for the problem they did not correct the first time. Spoke with Mgr, no luck!

Elizabeth was my contact. Great job for an oil change, rotation, and new wipers. Honestly, I wasn’t there 40 minutes and I was out. Good place.

Bought my first Toyota Highlander yesterday. Experience was a mixtures of professionalism and lots of laughter. Lisa Anderson was a hoot and made the long wait enjoyable. Jason in service and the shuttle drivers were awesome and kind. My husband was in the hospital so I needed a ride there. He was discharged and I needed my car. Jason took care of it all.
