The person I commutated with to get a vehicle purchase was nice and responsive. The issue I have with I-75 is their current business practice; hidden fees that they are using the "hidden in plain sight" approach. FYI, Florida has a consumer protection law that dealers can NOT charge dealer prep fees. common such charge is often listed as "dealer prep" (short for preparation) and is charged for things like inspecting, cleaning and adjusting cars, and preparing documents related to the sale of the car. It can be called many different things, such as "document prep," "administrative fee," "service charge," "doc fee" or just about anything. The car dealer is allowed to charge as much or as little as he or she wants to, so it may be as low as $50 or as high as $900. But, under Florida law, any such charge must be included in the advertised price. They currently charge a $4,999 fee on every used car. A fee that they claim is for the "I75 Auto Advantage," which is a crock of bull. Claiming you're getting a CPO car, in which you're not. CPO cars can only be sold by the manufacturer that built the vehicle, not a non-manuf used car lot. So basically the price you see online, must have $5000 added to that cost and that does NOT include any other document/cleaning/prep/pre-owned deliver or whatever other stupid name they give to a fee to take more money from you. I'm not saying to buy or not buy a car from them, but I am saying be careful. If it looks too good to be true, then now you know why.
