Luke Milisauskas is the worst salesman I've spoken to. I called from out of town inquiring about a truck they have with poor quality picture. I let him know I cannot come to the dealership as I am out of town, his next question was "will I be buying today" like dude, pump your non brake having butt. Can I get better pictures and final figures and do some comparison? OMG, he's Atrocious......... If you get that guy, just say conflict of interest and find someone else or a different dealership.

666***** DONT BUY OR SERVICE HERE*****666. This is a terrible dealership with a terrible staff of liars. This truly is the worst dealership I have ever attempted to work with. I offered their sticker price plus taxes and fees at which point the salesman Zach gave me an out-the-door price I agreed to, each time calling me back to raise the price higher due to his incompetence. Abe the sales manager should be fired immediately. He’s tiny joke of a man who couldn’t even get on the phone to explain his tactics. Bait and switch was only exacerbated by condescending remarks and an arrogant sales manager who is an absolute joke named Abe. The owner and GM should be absolutely ashamed at how poorly their staff treat people. I was given 3 OTD prices and each time I agreed they moved the price higher. Abe was so gutless as expected he wouldn’t even get on the phone call to explain his actions.

Least reputable dealership I've ever experienced. TOTAL bait & switch, list a low price then jam unimaginable list add on fees, and insist you must take their high rate financing to be eligible for the advertised price. Actually winds up being at least what the original sticker was, but for a USED car or truck! NEVER waste your time here! for god's sake, read reviews anywhere you can find them, NO WAY they are a 4.5 star rating! I bet their employees are writing these just to counter the REAL reviews like mine!- this dealership SUCKS in every way possible!

Very disappointing to deal with. I am shopping online for trucks. I'm a serious buyer who's willing and able to close a deal today. I found one I like at Huntley Ford so I called to get more information. They told me I had to come in to work the numbers. I am from out of state and told them we will need to work the numbers before I make a trip from out of state. They said that was against their policy. They said they didn't have the staff to negotiate over the phone or online. Doesn't make sense. It will take less time to work out a deal over the phone then in person. Lame tactic.

I would go to another dealer fast, lies and deception are their strong points. Told they had a car there on the lot and drove 40 min to go see it. When I got there said it was out on a loaner, pure BS. Its a rare hard to find anywhere new suv. Then they said we found it in service but it was a different one. Then said we will bring it to you in the morning between 9 and noon. No show no call. Bait and switch hucksters. Not to mention the 2nd of the 3 calls there I was dealing with such a rude person she even hung up on me but in all fairness the other 2 were perfect and very nice.

Overall experience 1.0 Does recommend this dealer.

They do not call back, they hang up on you. They don't want to back up the sale or take the time to answer questions about the big expensive purchase. I will be reporting to BBB.

price advertised was 35k, when i got to their location, their saleman gouged the price to 47k !!! what a joke !!! all these 5 stars reviews are fake, don't waste your time driving all way to this location, very very pissed.

Very Deceitful Dealership

This was the worst dealership I have every worked with. The finance manager made promises, changed numbers added additional charges, and refused to provide a copy of the contract until 4 days after. The vehicle I am now stuck with has issues they ignored and did not disclose. I have a loan for a longer term than I approved and the amount is $10k more than agreed upon. I came in preapproved by Chase with a loan at 5%. The finance manager said he could not honor that and if I used his bank at 6% they would include an extended warranty. We agreed but the finance manager did not give us a copy of any of the paperwork. He said he would email a digital copy. 3 days later, with no paperwork yet, I get an email from the loan bank showing the principal $10k more than agreed and for 72 months which we did not want. I contacted the manager right away about the paperwork and he said he sent it to the wrong email address but it took another day to get him to send it to the correct address. This was the first time I was seeing the loan agreement, he used digital signatures on all the paperwork. He increased the selling price of the vehicle by $2k and charged us for the extended warranty, adding another $8k. In order to get the payment amount back to where we discussed he had to increase the loan term to 72 months. I fully expect he was hoping we wouldn't notice and just pay it. When I contacted him about the changes he immediately offered to credit back the $8k warranty but we would lose the coverage. Classic bait and switch. He got his kickback from the bank so canceling the warranty didn't affect him. He also said the loan was a bi-monthly loan, we need to pay every two weeks and it makes it a 60 month loan. He said this is an industry standard. He will say anything to get your money and get you to leave. It is unbelievable how corrupt and deceitful this place is. I wish there was more that could be done to prevent this from happening to others.

Worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this dealership. They lie and change numbers. They had several erroneous fees, including $5k for a vehicle inspection. I said no and they removed it but then showed on the final sheet a lower price for my trade in and said that is just because they removed other fees and adjusted the price of the trade in. They add unreasonable fees up front so they can remove them later to lower the trade in value. We settled on a price, I was shown their best financing option with 60 mo and a payment higher than I wanted. I showed them a preapproval letter from Chase with a much lower interest rate. They had a whole story how that would not apply to this car. After arguing for a while, I agreed to put $5k down to lower the payment and they included an extended warranty. They had to perform some work to the car so I went home and the car was delivered to me a couple days later. The delivery driver did not bring any paperwork. He called the salesman for me and they assured me it would be emailed over by the next day. A week later and repeated emails to the finance person got me no response. I ended up getting an email from the loan bank welcoming me and the terms of the loan were all wrong. The amount was $5k high, never applied my down payment and the term was 72 months. I finally found the finance manager and copied him on an email which got me a phone call back from the finance person. He justified what he did by saying if I pay half of the payment amount every 2 weeks the loan should be paid off in 60 months. This dealership should be avoided.
