Purchased a new Outback Touring XT December 31st. Car...

Purchased a new Outback Touring XT December 31st. Car sounded good. I recommended two others and they purchased. Be very leary of a new Outback. Check class action suits online. I wish I had. I was told by the dealer representative that, if I wanted to get my car fixed, I'd have to get Subaru of America open a ticket. Motherboard still not functioning. They've had the car 4 times and goes in again in a week. Sales reps try but there's no corporate response. I'm told by an employee that they have hundreds of new cars with the same problem that they cannot fix.

Save your time and stress and go to Prestige. Trey Sales Manager said they would match an offer 100% just come in. I get in and John Pop doesn't want to do the deal because it was too aggressive despite the GUARANTEE to match. It's recorded, it's on tape. They talk about "hometown promise", but they are only looking out for them. Any quote they give you, run it by Prestige after. I'm also available to help and so is Edmunds! Don't let Hunter ruin your car buying experience.

This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Other than them "unknowingly" lying to me before the appointment via email about what appeared to be a dent in the pictures online the experience was fair. Salesman (Jay) was great and very helpful. Management was a little hard to negotiate with but that's expected from a dealership (that's why I have always steered clear). The business manager, Tony was great to work with and lightened the stress of being there for hours and made the payment process entertaining as well as a breeze. Overall it was a decent experience.

We had an excellent experience with Hunter Subaru, working primarily with a youngish salesman named Brandon, who was congenial, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Although it took quite a while for the loan approval to work through, we were happy with the deal we were able to make on a new Outback Premium and pleased with the interactions we had with several employees and the sales manager as well.

Brandon was very courteous and knowledgeable about his inventory. He took time to show us several models, knowing that we were just educating ourselves and not quite ready to purchase yet. We would definitely refer him to anyone we know of who is looking for a new or used car.

Worst customer experience! I never been treated so bad by a sales manager in the process of buying a car. Go to another car dealer if you want to be treated like a person and a car buyer.

I was giving a representative my payment information for a car that they committed to sell me. The representative needed to get a question answered and went away. When he came back he told me the car was sold to someone else. How professional is that? I assume the sold the car for more money. Their only interest is money and not the commitment and interest to customers. Stay away they can’t be trusted.

Mike K. was our salesperson at Hunter Subaru and he was extremely knowledgeable. We walked away with a brand new Subaru Outback 2020 and we got a good deal on our trade. Mike kept in touch with us after the sale. We continue to have awesome service by Hunter Subaru. We drove away completely satisfied customers. We highly recommend Hunter Subaru.
