Jose sold us a vehicle that met our needs.
Jose sold us a vehicle that met our needs. He was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. It was clear we mattered to him, not just the sale or my least favorite "how will you be paying?" Great experience!!!!
Everyone clearly wanted to make the most of my leasing
Everyone clearly wanted to make the most of my leasing experience- and they succeeded. A special thanks to Samantha who reminded me to grab my garage door opener from my prior leased vehicle. I would have otherwise left.
There are other Honda service centers closer to my home,
There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !
With virtually no new cars on dealer lots we had to order our new HR-V with the dealer. They kept us up-to-date with the process: when it was scheduled to go on the assembly line, when it was finished, when it was in transport, and what day it would arrive.
Good location for sales & follow up service.
As always great service & staff from sales to service are always helpful. We have purchased twice from Hugh White. We still have our first, a 2007 mini-van that is still doing its job with 178k miles on it.
Venko is a great salesman, very helpful. Hugh White is the dealer I will go to in the future for car buying needs. They have great prices and good selection of cars.
Always great service
I have been so happy with the service department at Hugh White Honda in the many years I have been having my vehicle serviced there. Friendly, professional and great communication!
We love coming to Hugh White Honda specifically for Jim Jeffers. He always takes really good care of the whole family. I believe this was our sixth car with Jim, and everyone in the family has had a Honda from him to date!
On 6/13/22, I took my vehicle in because the fuel door
On 6/13/22, I took my vehicle in because the fuel door wasn't working. The issue was identified, a part was ordered, and I was told I would get a call when the part came in (within a day or two). I was charged for the part and 30 mins of labor. If anyone did call, they didn't bother leaving a message. I called on 6/17 and was told the part was in but they wouldn't be able to get me in until 6/23. I arrive around 11am for my scheduled time of 11:15am. I sit in the waiting area for 3 hours while the work is completed. The tech comes to me and informs me that they did not have the part they needed. Not sure if they ordered the wrong part or were sent the wrong part. I was not charged for this 3 hours. Either way, the part that was needed was ordered and I was once again told that I would receive a call when the part came in. Yet again, if a call was made, no message was left. The part came in the very next day (6/24) but I didn't know that until I called the parts department on 6/29. I left a voicemail for the tech because service almost never answers the phone. I got a call back late afternoon and scheduled to have the work done next day (6/30). When the work was done, I was reimbursed about $30 for the parts but then I was charged $30 in "miscellaneous" fees. Total bill was shy of $300. I would like to think a little more of a discount could have been applied seeing as just a few weeks prior to this, I dropped over $1,800 for a timing belt service. Guess customer loyalty means nothing and I'm gonna be taking my vehicle to a shop that doesn't charge over $150 an hour for labor.
Brandon was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the different features of the vehicle. He showed us the different trim packages.
