Took almost 4 months to fix my car. Hardly any updates,when you leave messages no call back. Got my car,it must have sat outside under a tree,was filthy with pollen and junk. Spent $8000 could of at least washed the outside. Do not recommend unless you are willing to wait with little info. IBefore this my family bought 4-5 cars with them

Service work on my Edge
As usual I brought my Edge to Brent Romero for service work. I know when he does it my car is ready for the road. The only thing I did not like was the price. I had just at $170 in parts and my bill was almost$700. If it weren't for Brent Romero I would be looking elsewhere. And when Brent goes I do to. Thank you

Sent my stolen truck their to be examined and taken care
Sent my stolen truck their to be examined and taken care of. Took 6 weeks and not a service member ever returned my insurance calls or mine. It took a salesman to walk back there everyday to give me updates. They say they are number one in customer statisfaction, but it was god awful. I have actually called and emailed the head people and still have yet to get a call back or response.
Service here is horrible.
Horrible truck isn't fixed like they said they did still waiting on a rental after 3 weeks.
