Our salesman was great (5stars). I didn’t appreciate the required additions like ceramic finish, security and door guards (already peeling off). The manager was helpful and the finance guys were very thorough.

As a first time car buyer, I was already dreading it
As a first time car buyer, I was already dreading it after hearing a ton of negative stories about car salesmen. I ended up working with Jay, and she gave me the best experience I could’ve asked for. She was very personable and knowledgeable and found the perfect car to fit my style. I firmly believe I wouldn’t have walked out with a new car if it weren’t for Jay! Even went back the following weekend to get my tint installed. Jay wasn’t available at the time of drop off, but she made sure the team knew who I was and what I was there for and the team took great care of me. Overall a great experience from Avondale Mazda!

The service was quick and efficient and the service manager was pleasant and helpful. The online updates were a plus with a detailed explanation of what was being done with my vehicle and asking approval with prices before doing any recommended services.

All good except the salesman (Omari?
All good except the salesman (Omari?) went home knowing we had an appointment and told no one we were coming. And when he delivered our car he knew it had a defective windshield but said nothing. Nick and Laurie and the service department (replaced windshield) were very good. Overall the staff we dealt with directly and indirectly were very good. Just takes that one guy to give you a bad recommendation.

About the same as anywhere else. The video of "inspection" is kind of cool. The View playing on the TV was a bit harsh. Vending machine would be nice. If there was a vending machine, maybe point it out to customers. Free coffee is nice for those that like coffee.

Hi. Thanks for reaching out. My experience wasn’t bad. It was average. To be expected. It was just an oil change, nothing that required too much knowledge or technical explanation. Muy mala experiencia tardaron demasiado tiempo y no me
Muy mala experiencia tardaron demasiado tiempo y no me mostraron como funcionaba el Apple car play instalado además que tenía una llanta con un tornillo en ella y no se me preguntó si lo arreglaban hasta que me. Entregaron el carro y tuvieron que entrar una vez más lo cual significó más tiempo entre a las 7:30 y salí alas 12:00 Mala atencion
