I brought up an issue with my car that I thought was caused by turning on my a/c and was charged 170$ for it even though the issue was not resolved.

You did not honor our free oil change and our Butler. Plus you didn’t bother to put windshield washer fluid in even though the mechanic checked on the paperwork that it was completed.
