Second time running.
Second time running. Service writer never communicated with me. Did not update repair status in the online app. Did not respond to my first three messages. Lied to me about a Lyft coming to pick me up. Had to arrange my own ride, which I don’t care about, but I waited 30 minutes for the dealer arranged Lyft that was never actually requested. I am happy with the work the technician did but I can’t deal with the incompetence just to get to the technician. Definitely costing you business.

I was promised that I would get the online sales price
I was promised that I would get the online sales price but I didn’t. They said that since they gave me more for my car (traded my old one in) that they had to up the sales price on the new car. None of this was disclosed to me. Wish they were more honest/transparent with what they were doing. Probably would not recommend them.

The service was very quick and efficient. My appointment was set to be at 4:30 p.m but I was able to come in early. The staff communicated very well. I got a video on what needed to be done and it was very helpful.
