Leased a new 2022 HR-V sight unseen due to shortages. The initial visit and deal making was better than expected. Problem is, I did not get a few of the deals in writing (heated seats and remote start). I was also led to believe the vehicle was in transit nearby. Unfortunately, delivery took 6 weeks as the vehicle was in fact not even in port yet when I signed. Upon delivery, the paperwork process was easy until I learned I was not getting the features discussed at the price stated at time of buying (Quoted about $500 - was told it would actually be $1,000 - I opted out). The car was not fully detailed on delivery and Greg did not spend any time with me going over the full features and use of the car. I was also told he would discuss the missed options with the sales manager the next day and I have not heard anything now 3 days later. I would not be inclined to recommend this dealer because of the shady behavior at the end of the deal. I feel more like they cared about a signature for a commission check once they had a deal then ensuring I was comfortable in a vehicle.

Hi Jon, I sent you an email yesterday to discuss and still have not heard back. I also left a voicemail for the sales manager Ray last Friday and have not heard back from him either. I’d like to believe you would both like to rectify this situation but I have continuously reached out with no response.

Great service, great vehicles

Great service, I went in to get a oil change in my 2005 Acura RL. Talked to Greg the salesman for a few and mentioned to him that I liked the newer Acura MDXs (specifically 2017 and up). He educated me on the pros and cons of getting a new car and how it could really benefit me. I left the dealership , about 2 weeks later Greg called me and said they had a nice MDX (2018) he thought I would be interested in, I went took a look and it was mine! Unfortunately not long after I totaled the truck. I went back to Honda of Watertown and greg and Mark did everything theycould to get me into a 2020 Acura TLX with less miles and lower payments. I drove home with it less than a week after goin back! Greg and mark are a great team together and really care about getting their customers into great cars for what their customers need. If the car is no good they will tell you that’s not the car for you and educate you on why it isn’t and gives you the option to choose without pushing anything on you. They make your experience comfortable and not as stressful as the task would normally be!! I appreciate their customer service and will always go back to them when upgrading to a new vehicle.
