Dealing with the business manager, Greg Lebeau, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and took care of us very efficiently. He took the time to answer my additional questions days after the sale as well. Inventory was also impressive given the shortage in the industry.

Dealing with the business manager, Greg Lebeau, was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us very efficiently. He took the time to answer my additional questions days after the sale as well. Inventory was also impressive given the shortage in the industry. Salesperson was nice, however, totally unhelpful after the sale was finalized with questions I had. Time management should also be more of a priority. Our transaction on the first visit to the dealer should have taken no more than an hour (we knew what we wanted). It took more than three hours, most spent waiting for the salesperson. I would have been fine to deal with any other salesperson just so we could have left with our kids.

Ken is very attentive. The only issue I had was my car did not come with the floor mats and I’ve reached out to them for five times already with no response and I think every new car should come with the floor mats.
