The used car I bought started having mechanical issues not two weeks after my purchase, I drove it less than 1k miles. I called Jerry to see if they'd look at the car and haven't heard back at all.

Took an extraordinarily long time and not much

Took an extraordinarily long time and not much communication from salesman and business manager as they were working to get approval on car loan. We were also told that a vehicle advertised that we drove an hour and a half to see “wasn’t available yet” as it hadn’t fully gone thru the shop yet. Partially our fault for not calling first but why advertise it if not available?

Overall experience 3.0 Does not recommend this dealer.

Will never return. The service department gentleman tried to make me feel inferior as a woman. He was incredibly rude, and the rate they wanted to charge me was not specific that the price was only for labor. If they want customers they need to not sneak around prices that are not accurate, and hire someone who isn’t an xxxxxxx to females.

I will never buy a vehicle from you guys again. I purchased a vehicle and then 3days later my dash board lights all went out. When I talked to someone about it they refused to even look at it since I didn’t purchase the warranty . And recommended I take it elsewhere. I purchased other vehicle from you in the past never again after my last visit
