Victim of wrong diagnosis.
Misdiagnosis which is making me pay unnecessarily and yet they saw nothing wrong with that. After spending so much upon their own recommendations, the problem still exists and now they said it is something else.

Advisor very helpful and nice smooth dealing, after front flap of car came down on the way home they fixed it quickly so no issues thankfully

Oil change & maintenance
They changed oil, rotated tires & checked it out. It was done in an hour. No problems. I asked for assistance in programming my drivers side mirror which the service person did for me.

Chad was my service tech and he took car of me great! My appointment was on time and he even had my car washed when my service was done! The dealership also provided a curtesy shuttle to pick me up and drop me off at Hobby Lobby! The drivers were quick and polite too!

Takes a long time!!
When I bought my car from here, it was great!!! Servicing, not so much!! They told me it’d only be about an hour and a half to two hours at most and I spent over four and a half hours there!!! I only got the 30,000 mile value service and an alignment done. NONE of their chairs are comfortable at all!!!

Service was fast. I had an appointment and they took me early. Had an issue with my display, but I had to leave my car. I wasn’t offered a rental or shuttle or I would of left my car for additional service. I feel like more could of been done, but it didn’t feel like a priority, they just had me make an appt for another time, even though I showed concern about my vehicle.

We, like most dealership, are having a difficult time getting new vehicles and thus rentals. We do have a shuttle and that should have been offered to you.
