Josh gave me great information about the car. Got the ball rolling right away and did what he said what he was going to do. He also kept me up to date on when the car was arriving and the financial department was great with the rundown of the paperwork.

In March of 2021 I met with David Quach. It was time to give up my beloved 2001 Honda CRV. I leased a 2021 CRV. You can imagine the technology learning curve. Dave spent time with me showing me many things about the new vehicle the day I took it home. During the course of that year, I had to get a new cell phone. I tried to sync it to the car myself, I got help from various sources, and finally I called Dave. Even though it had been a year since I purchased the car, Dave spent an hour with me in the car. He set everything up. Then he called me two days later to see if everything was still good. I so appreciate his help and kindness. This is my third Honda. I can't imagine driving anything else.
